On August 14, the actress is 54. But her body is perfect! And Holly showed this recently, repeating the photo shoot in an orange swimsuit, similar to the one she wore 18 years ago for the role of Bond girl (see photo here). Berry managed to achieve such impressive results only through regular work on himself. She even organized a marathon on her Instagram account, which took place under the hashtag #FitnessFriday (posts are still available). The marathon inspired people to go in for sports. “Today you must decide that you deserve it. Trust me, I know that it is difficult to find time to work on yourself every day, but 24 hours in a day is enough to set aside at least one hour and devote it to yourself!”- wrote the actress in one of the first posts.
But in the fight for a slim and healthy body, Holly does not act alone - she is helped by her personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas, who shared the secrets of her training. Berry trains five times a week and, according to the trainer, all classes are similar to military training.
Rule # 1 - Choose the Right Exercises

Peter said that the actress loves to train the buttocks and legs, as well as do push-ups. No workout is complete without exercising on these areas of the body.
Rule # 2 - Choose Exercises That Boost Your Metabolism
As you age, it's important to make time for cardio. Holly prefers jogging for short distances: her metabolism accelerates, but the risk of injuring her joints and knees is minimal.
Rule # 3 - Diversify your workouts

The personal trainer of the actress mentioned that she alternates standard workouts with different types of martial arts: boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing. Holly also leads an active lifestyle and at the first opportunity she goes for a walk, jumps over a rope.
Rule # 4 - Combine sports with proper nutrition

Of course, in the struggle for a slender body, nutrition is also indispensable. Holly follows the ketogenic diet that her trainer recommended: it is optimal in accordance with the level of the actress's physical activity. The basis of her diet is fats, proteins in moderation and a minimum of carbohydrates.
