During pregnancy, Hilaria, as a former yoga instructor, is not complete without physical activity. “Almost seven months. I keep my body moving with gentle exercise. Moving makes me feel stronger during pregnancy and this keeps my circulation going. I think this will help me with childbirth and recovery after it, "- said Hilaria followers.

In another video, Hilaria does hand exercises with dumbbells. “I'm a fan of home workouts with no additional equipment. But the only load I'm obsessed with is two-kilogram dumbbells. I do biceps and triceps exercises with them on a daily basis,”Baldwin explained. She also advised to do the exercises slowly, and if there are no dumbbells, then use cans, packs of juice or milk.

No less effective exercises from the star are push-ups with alternate leg lifts. By the way, Hilaria says that she most often trains in the evening, when the children and her husband are already asleep, and she can devote time to herself. “Even if I'm tired, I still do the workout. It makes my day complete,”she says.

Baldwin's sports routine also includes yoga exercises. Her favorites are triangle pose stretches. The main thing is to bend over to your feet to breathe slowly and deeply.
