You begin to pay attention to the negative - the flaws in appearance, crying children, the lack of new things in the wardrobe, as a result, you drag yourself into despondency more and more. Repetitive thoughts form attitudes, and we live according to a scenario that was laid by ourselves or our parents and close circle. Yulia Shevchenko, a psychologist at the Kosino-Ukhtomsky family center, tells how to create the life of your dreams with the help of positive thinking.

How thoughts program consciousness
“We see what our inner focus is on. If you consider yourself healthy and happy, then you will radiate and attract it,”says Yulia.
Every day a person has 50 thousand thoughts in his head, and 5% of them are repeated.
If the mind is filled with experiences: "how I hate my job", "how poor and unhappy I am", "I will never find a job to my liking", "this day will not bring anything good", "again I was not lucky", then the focus attention is directed to the negative. You will be mired in longing, self-pity. It is important to filter negative thoughts, replacing them with positive ones, for example: “my possibilities are endless”, “I am always open to new opportunities”, “I feel calm and confident”, “my work brings me pleasure”.
The right mindset - what's the focus
Focus your attention on what you really need. Energy goes wherever your thoughts are directed.
“Don't dwell on the problem, concentrate on solving it. Don't let negative thoughts linger in your head! Switch your attention. Everyone can have their own way: dancing, hockey, music, walks, going to the theater, cinema - and there will be no trace of negative thoughts,”the specialist notes.
“Working with your thinking is difficult, long, but very rewarding. By changing your thoughts, you also transform your life,”the psychologist concluded.
