In a sports routine, Isabelle Gular does not do without cardio. Most of all, the model likes aquacycle - training on a stationary bike in the pool. With the right technique and warm-up, it is completely safe, and also much more effective due to water resistance. You can burn 400 to 600 calories per hour.
