International High Definition trainer Brett Sire in an exclusive interview with BeautyHack told what to do with the eyebrows so that everything is in order with the face.

Permanent eyebrow dyeing is useful even for those with dark eyebrows - thin vellus hairs along the edges and on the tail of the eyebrows are always lighter. Staining will make the color smoother and the shape sharper. But remember that only special colors are suitable for eyebrows.

If you're shaping your brows yourself, concentrate on the entire brow rather than trimming individual hairs. And be careful. If you remove hairs with tweezers, do it at the angle of hair growth: if you remove the hair incorrectly, you damage the follicle and hair will no longer grow back. Plus, there are hairs that are best not removed at all - usually these are hairs along the lower edge of the base of the eyebrow.

I am personally convinced that eyebrows should be done by a professional: if you work on your own, there is too much chance of ruining your eyebrows. Even if you have been made a great shape and you are just going to maintain it, all the same at some point everything can go wrong. You don't cut your hair yourself, do you? You go to a specialist. And what makes eyebrows worse?

Calculate your visits to the brow bar based on how fast your hair is growing - from three weeks if your eyebrows grow quickly, to eight weeks if it grows slowly. And find a stylist you trust and who will listen to your individual wishes.

When doing makeup and eyebrow dyeing, pay attention not only to the color of the hairs, but also to the skin tone. The shade of a pencil or gel should blend in with the color of the hairs - so that the focus is on the eyebrows, not their makeup. "Instagram" eyebrows look good in photos, but in real life it usually looks ugly. Overly drawn eyebrows spoil the face.

I like the ombre on the eyebrows, especially when it is very delicate - at the base of the eyebrow there is almost no makeup, and towards the ponytail it becomes clearer and darker. So the eyebrows look softer, the whole look is softer.

Many experts like to trim long eyebrows (I strongly advise against doing it yourself, never). It's fine if the hairs are very long, but I personally love the slightly elongated hairs on the eyebrows, so I hardly use scissors.

The world of eyebrows also has fashions and trends. Now, especially in Britain, textured eyebrows are in vogue, slightly tousled and tousled, when it is the eyebrows that are visible, not the makeup.

I sometimes bleach my brows slightly just to soften the texture of the hairs - consider this option if you have very stiff and unruly brows. I don't really like completely bleached or super bright eyebrows - I still prefer the natural shape and shade - but as a fashion statement, this is a great option.

Asymmetrical eyebrows can be for two reasons - either it is a question of shape (then it is easy to correct it), or in how the eyebrow actually grows on the face (for example, one superciliary arch is slightly higher than the other, or one is rounder than the other, such a feature of the skull). Such eyebrows cannot be completely symmetrical, but a good specialist and makeup will help to make them as similar as possible.
