Before quarantine, I went to the gym for individual training, especially loved strength training with dumbbells. Sometimes, sometimes I went to classes without enthusiasm, as they say, “with the last bit of strength”. But during the training, the mood changed, I left the gym cheerful and cheerful. Although I myself am waiting for the end of self-isolation to begin normal training again. I simply cannot study at home. And before that I trained 2-3 times a week from the fitness room. She preferred long walks to cardio training. Although, of course, I realize that there is a big difference between them. I would love to do Pilates, but there is no such possibility. I used to practice constantly.

I don't like the state of apathy, so I prefer to get tired in training, rather than get tired of life. I also advise you to follow the drinking regime - moisturized skin is transformed, the body looks more dense and elastic. In addition, I do lymphatic drainage jumps and a little exercise every day.

- I stick to proper nutrition, try to refuse desserts. Sometimes I allow myself something sweet, but, in general, my menu is healthy and at the same time varied. Salads, steamed vegetables, fish, cereals. I love this dish: ripe avocado, cucumber, herbs (I love arugula, spinach, broccoli), finely chop everything, season with olive oil and add pumpkin seeds. It turns out very tasty and satisfying. For dessert, I like to cook chia pudding with coconut milk. It is also very simple to do: fill in the seeds and leave for a while, better - overnight in the refrigerator. Then you can serve it with your favorite berries or fruit puree.
