
I am a huge fan of different summer smoothie recipes and love to start my day with this drink. It is both tasty and healthy, and most importantly, it is very easy to prepare. Here are five nutritious smoothie recipes to replace breakfast and energize your day. The first, by the way, I like to drink in the morning, right after sports!
Below are my favorite summer smoothie recipes. To make them, simply throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
Nutritious
- 2 small apples
- 100 g frozen berries
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of almond oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or a spoonful of liquid honey
Energetic
- 0.5 cups goji berries (pre-soak in water for 30 minutes)
- 0.5 cups raspberries (these can be any berries - both fresh and frozen. I like frozen ones: this makes the cocktail thicker)
- 1 glass of almond milk
After training
- 1 cup kale leaves or spinach
- 1 mango
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oatmeal
- 1 glass of ice
As a healthy snack
- 1 pre-frozen banana
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 apple
- 10 pieces. hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
- 100 g raspberries
Morning
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp. spoon of granola
- ice - to taste
