The perfect porcelain skin of a 48-year-old actress without wrinkles and age spots - is this the merit of genetics or the magic of cosmetology? Jennifer Garner answered this question in a new interview with Women's Health magazine. The star said that she herself does not believe in her age, looking in the mirror. But for the freshness of her face and radiant eyes, she had to forget about several of her favorite habits forever.

“In my youth, I loved to sunbathe. She was smeared with baby oil from head to toe and lay in the sun all day. I loved this chocolate shade so much! My sisters and I also spent a lot of time on a yacht under sail, where ultraviolet rays simply incinerated us. We burned ourselves, took off our skin, healed our wounds, then got sunburn again. Then it didn't seem like something scary. But after a few years of this damage, dark specks were still visible. After examining the risks and possible consequences, I decided it was time to take more care of myself and avoid such dangerous moments. Now I always wear sunscreen, even if I didn't have time to wash and all I need to do is walk the kids from the door to the school bus. Seriously! My favorite is Neutrogena Ultra-Sheer Dry-Touch. It is moisture resistant, leaves no residue, the line has SPF for every taste: 45, 55 and 100. I carry these sticks, lotions, creams everywhere,”the star assured. She added that on the beach she trusts sunscreen more than hats. In addition, her three children are accustomed: "It seems that they think that they will turn into a heap of ashes if they suddenly go out into the street without protection."

In addition, Jennifer abandoned the tradition of ending the evening with wine.

“Earlier, when I had a difficult day, I thought: if I go home, I will fill my glass and life will immediately get better. When there were reasons for the holidays, I also celebrated them with chardonnay or Riesling. But in the morning I woke up with swelling and sagging skin. As a result, I was able to convince and tune myself into the fact that tea is much tastier and healthier. It's a shame to spend so much effort, eat right, take care of your skin, do yoga, run 10 km and do cardio every other day to lose results just for a couple of glasses, "- admitted Garner.

Also in other interviews, the actress urged not to use vitamins thoughtlessly, simply because someone advised. She recommended drinking more water to tone the body and renew cells. And she reminded her to rinse off her makeup with manic thoroughness. She herself washes her face twice in the evening, even after removing the makeup with special products.

“I also use a revitalizing moisturizer that contains retinol, alpha hydroxy acid and many other nutrients. I also started using eye cream, which I hadn't done before. It helps the look to be brighter and more radiant,”she is sure.
