Suddenly there was a lot of time for self-care. Even working at the computer, you can apply a moisturizing mask. And the very hour that some spent standing in traffic jams can now be devoted to something pleasant: a bath with aromatic oils or a gouache massage.

During the three weeks that France is in quarantine, make-up artist from Paris Tatiana Zinchuk has tried everything, it seems. And it turned out that the best is the enemy of the good. No need to rush into all seriousness, endlessly smearing scrubs, creams and testing homemade masks from the contents of the refrigerator. Sometimes it is worth dwelling on proven methods and means. For starters, let’s remind you that quarantine is the perfect time to go over your cosmetic bag and care products. Surely everyone has these jars in a row, which are not used just forever. Pay attention to them, send those that have expired to the basket, put aside those that did not suit you. Perhaps, after isolation, there will be a reason to give them to friends or sisters with a different skin type. And be sure to have a bath day with your makeup brushes and sponges. Very often they stand in cups on side tables, bedside tables in the bedroom, in the bathroom. Dust settles on them, microbes form. And for the skin, this can turn out to be not the most pleasant consequences. Considering that we will not get to cosmetologists soon, it is better to pay special attention to the cleanliness of these "tools". Brushes for applying liquid productslike foundation or concealer, you need to disinfect at least twice a week. Better yet, after each use. Brushes for dry textures - although a couple of times a month. You can wash them with organic soap or baby shampoo. And then - dry on a clean towel and put in a closed tube.

Relaxing bath, massage and posture exercises

To get rid of negativity, calmly fall asleep after frightening news, take a bath in the evening with aromatic oils, candles, sea salt, "bombs" or whatever is closer to you personally. It really works!

Facial massage also works great - for example, with jade rollers. If you want an effect for the whole body, I recommend exercises for posture and general tone. This will be especially in demand now, when many people at home spend all day at the computer or with gadgets, hardly move, blood and lymph stagnation occurs, and edema appears. Do not be sad
