Singer and actress Yulia Parshoota (@parshoota) told BeautyHack why you should put hydrogel patches in the refrigerator and how coconut oil helps you fight for beautiful, smooth skin.
Lotion-tonic
After washing my face, I always wipe my face with tonic lotion. This is necessary to restore the pH after alkaline foam (tonics have an acidic environment). I repeat the same ritual in the evening. If you have oily skin, choose a product with antibacterial ingredients such as chamomile and green tea extracts, fruit acids and aloe. Toners for dry skin should contain moisture-retaining ingredients. For example, hyaluronic acid.
Coconut oil
After a shower, be sure to apply coconut oil to the skin. It not only moisturizes, but also protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation - it contains a natural UV filter. The oil is appreciated in the beauty industry for its unique composition: it contains unsaturated fatty acids (myristic, palmitic, oleic, caprylic and others), phytosterols, vitamins of group C, E, K, minerals and other components necessary to maintain youth and beauty. With regular use, the condition of the dermis improves significantly. The oil is perfectly absorbed, moisturizes and softens. Better than any butter!
Light eye cream
I know that for some people my beauty routine may seem very long now. In fact, all manipulations take no more than 20 minutes. An eye cream that helps fight dark circles under the eyes is a must-have care step in my profession. I always go for light, fast-absorbing products that contain caffeine or any other ingredients that improve blood microcirculation.
Hydrogel Patches
I'll be banal: but nothing better from the traces of sleepless nights in the beauty industry has not come up with. When you need to look 100%, and you don't even look 50%, patches always help out. I always put them in the refrigerator before use. This enhances the effect.
SPF cream
Ultraviolet radiation is the main enemy of beautiful and healthy skin. It breaks down collagen and elastin fibers, promoting photoaging. To protect the dermis, be sure to use creams with protective filters. Even in winter, because during this period of time about 40% of the harmful ones reach the surface of the earth. My choice is a cream with SPF 20.
