Preparation:
Peel the bell pepper from seeds, cut into rings 2 centimeters thick. Put the pepper in the pan. Put 1 egg in each ring and sprinkle with spices. Decorate the finished scrambled eggs with herbs!

Buckwheat noodles with chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 150 g Corn - 50 g Buckwheat noodles - 40 g Carrots - ½ pieces Pepper - ½ pieces Onions, herbs, spices, ginger - to taste Soy sauce - 60 g
Preparation:
Boil the buckwheat noodles, following the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken and vegetables into strips. Fry for 3-5 minutes in a hot skillet, add corn and fry for another 1 minute. Next, add the soy sauce, let the vegetables soak. Cover with a lid and leave on the lowest heat. Add buckwheat noodles and mix with vegetables. Wok-style lunch is ready!

Ingredients:
Adyghe cheese - 90 g Bell pepper - ½ pieces Eggplant - 50 g Zucchini - 50 g Cherry tomatoes - 3 pieces Pumpkin seeds - 10 g Olive oil - 5 g Spices - to taste Salt (for eggplant)
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices, cut the pepper into slices. We remove the bitterness from the eggplant: cover with salt, let stand for 5 minutes and remove excess liquid. Grill vegetables until tender. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Place on a serving dish, place baked vegetables next to it and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Season with olive oil and spices.
