There is an opinion that people with thyroid problems should not do facial gymnastics. It's true?

No that's not true. Some doctors are reinsured and say that such people should not be given massages. This logic is not entirely clear to me. But since there is such a stable position and everyone is afraid, before starting classes, I express my pros and cons, and the decision is made by the person independently. On the example of girls, I see an improvement in the functioning of the thyroid gland due to the normalization of blood circulation and muscle relaxation. Unfortunately, when you show such results to doctors, they do not associate them with gymnastics.

After all, everyone has different age problems. Is each exercise course individually tailored?

No, we have the same exercises. The result really does not depend on age, but on the internal component. If you have a negative attitude to the world, constantly get angry and angry, wake up with clenched teeth and start the day as if you are going to war, then no matter how hard you try, the inter-edge will not smooth out and you will not turn into an air princess. Alas, human nature is such that he quickly gets bored. In this regard, I have a dream that after the end of the marathons, girls and boys will continue to do 60-70% of the exercises that we have practiced.

It is impossible to do all the exercises - otherwise you will be busy with your face all your life. But it is quite possible to return to specific activities depending on the need, looking at yourself in the mirror.

There are situations when people need to do more, after four months they can get in touch and write that their hair has begun to grow better, for example. I can give a hand on cutting off and say that if a person is engaged responsibly, then even minimal results will be. We start communicating with the girls and find out that they did not quite follow the program, they missed something. Then you ask for photos and it turns out that they are not there either. Unfortunately, you won't see it in the mirror, because you look at yourself every day. If I had the opportunity to take all the mirrors from the participants before the end of the marathon, they would be stunned.
