- Why do some people wake up in a bad mood, although everything in life is good? It is believed that the reason lies in the material aspect, which is of great importance in the life of each of us. Nevertheless, there are people who are quite wealthy, successful and can afford a lot, but they do not know how to enjoy life. Regardless of the happy events and the level of well-being, they often see negativity in everything. What is the reason for this? It's just that the psyche is so arranged. And here we are only talking about the internal, psychological, emotional state.

The psyche of people and the main neural connections are formed in childhood: the core of the personality is laid before the age of 6. The environment plays an important role in this process - mom, dad, grandfathers, grandmothers, first teachers. These are the people with whom the child spends a lot of time and in whom he has confidence.

It is the interaction with parents and elders that instills in a person's head those emotional associations that he will later experience in life. And if these people were depressed, they looked at life through the prism of problems, then very often the child's psyche adapts to this format of perception. This becomes an unconscious scenario of a person's life. This is how he lives unconsciously. Depressive state, anxiety, fears become dominants of his life.

Even in moments of joy and happiness, the psyche of such a person seeks to cling to some negative, in something to place his anxiety and fear. That is why many people watch the news and crime reports: it helps them to feel the restless state again, to find a reason for worrying. Consciously, a person may not even understand that something is wrong here, but subconsciously he will look for these emotions.

What to do?

1) Learn to listen to yourself, analyze the causes of a bad mood, identify sources of anxiety. Then it will become very clear whether your experience is justified or not. For example, many are upset and worried about things that are not directly related to them: a war on another continent, a natural disaster, etc. For an emotionally unstable person, these are all fictional experiences, but he feels them quite realistically, on a physical level.

2) Switch from emotional to rational. By understanding yourself and clearly identifying the problem, you can push the anxiety into the background. Then it will be either to accept the situation, or to do something to change it. There is no point in experiencing and thinking in a negative context.

Important

If you cannot cope with anxiety on your own, you should seek help from a specialist. Ignoring the problem can lead to serious psychological disorders and even illness. But you always need to understand that everyone can cope with apathy and anxiety!
