But there are bloggers on Russian-speaking Instagram that you want to watch forever. Anna Borodina, for example, is 55 years old, but in the photo with her 21-year-old son, she looks like his peer friend. Perfect face and figure, luxurious long hair - Anna says that she has never had any plastic surgery or beauty injections in her life. The whole trick is in regular sports, proper nutrition, massage and maintaining mental health. “And genetics, of course,” the editorial staff of BeautyHack.ru could not resist. “Genetics is only 20% of what we have,” Anna retorted. BeautyHack.ru editor Kristina Semina and Anna Borodina discussed their appearance, age and why most women are ready to believe in the wonders of cosmetology than in routine work on themselves.

Anna did not plan to be any blogger, especially a healthy lifestyle. But at some point I noticed: if you post a photo in Odnoklassniki, it collects thousands of likes from unknown people. A friend persuaded to transfer the "in-demand content" to Instagram, and Anna gained the first subscribers by accident. Once she left a comment under the post of a famous influencer: she wrote how old she is and how long she has been in sports, the blogger's subscribers dropped in to see the photos, were stunned and stayed. There was something to admire: Anna's body in a swimsuit looks flawless. Who else says that he does not find time for training - here's your motivation!

Yes, if it seems to you that she had some special conditions, this is not so: Anna did not work as a model or an actress, she is a certified mechanical engineer. She worked by profession, later changed her occupation. But I never missed training.

The first in the sports club began to work with a personal trainer

- Many say that I have such an appearance thanks to my rich husband and the opportunities that money gives. But this is not the case. I, of course, do not live in poverty, but I do not live a luxurious life. The way I look is only my desire to work on myself, explains Anna. - I always looked young, at 25 they gave me 18. I had a good metabolism, ate what I wanted and stayed slim. With a height of 166 cm, she weighed 49 kg. But at 30, she suddenly noticed that she began to recover. Then for the first time I went to the hall next to the house. I worked independently on simulators and went to group classes.

Then, 25 years ago, sports clubs were not the same as they are now - with huge gyms and many services. These were small rooms with hard core hardware, there were always not very many people there.

Maintaining weight became even more difficult when Anna became a mom. Having given birth to a son, she gained five kilograms - as if quite a bit, but they stuck tightly. After feeding her son, a year after giving birth, she turned to the services of a personal trainer. She was 36 and became the first person at her gym to take private lessons. From that moment on, training entered her life on a regular basis. Three times a week, no matter what happened, Anna went to the hall.

Weight training is now part of her routine twice a week. And from 52 years old she added running on the street in the summer.

In quarantine, the sports agenda has not changed much: in the morning Anna does exercises, and in the afternoon, when there is time, she adds a 15-minute workout. She does not have exercise machines or special equipment; before isolation, she bought only fitness rubber bands.

- Do I always want to study? Of course not, - Anna laughs. - But I cannot do otherwise, because I see that physical exercises give results. I know how I want to look and that motivates me. And I would like to advise all girls to monitor their weight.

If you see that you have begun to recover, then you need to immediately do something about it - add more sports, review your diet. It is important not to let yourself go.

It is easy to lose one or two kilograms, and then it is more difficult, so you should not put off.

“Many people say it's all about genetics,” Anna continues. - But it seems to me that only 20% of how we look depends on genetics. The rest is our way of life, habits. For example, my mother and grandmother were always fat, and already as a child I realized that I did not want to be like that.

Refused sugar and sour-milk products

Sports without proper nutrition, according to Anna, does not make sense. If your goal is a toned body, of course. She began to study how nutrition affects the body and face on Instagram, when she subscribed to famous doctors and nutritionists. Two years ago, the realization came that you need to give up sugar, because it does more harm than good.

- I used to have a sweet tooth. I added sugar to tea and coffee, every day I ate chocolates, pastries, cakes. But when I started to understand everything, I realized that we had to end it. First, sugar spoils the face, google "sugar face" on the Internet. Sometimes I laugh that I need to print and hang this picture on the refrigerator. Secondly, sugar is unhealthy and causes many diseases. My dad died at a fairly young age from pulmonary fibrosis. And then, when I studied sugar, his disease also flashed in the article. So I got fear, and it helped to abruptly remove all sweets from the diet.

The first month without sugar I got used to it, and then it became a habit. Now I don't even want to eat candy.

Anna's diet also contains no sour milk products. The exception is lactose-free milk, which she adds to coffee. Otherwise, everything is like everyone else's. For breakfast - oatmeal in water with seeds, nuts and a piece of butter, sometimes two eggs. During the day, she can eat buckwheat porridge with chicken, soup, salad. There are always seasonal vegetables and fruits in her refrigerator.

- In general, my diet is pretty simple and monotonous. But I like it, the body does not require something else, - Anna admits.

From cosmetology - only facial massage

In various forums, Anna is accused: she simply hides that she did plastic surgery or botox. When I talk about this, she just brushes it off: people just find it hard to believe that such a result can be obtained with an effort.

And Anna admits: yes, she has been going to a beautician regularly for over 20 years, but only for the sake of a facial massage.

- When botox and hardware cosmetology first appeared, I came across a magazine where all this was written in detail. But at the end of the article, the author noted that the skillful hands of the massage therapist will help to get no less effect. I remember this phrase so much that I adopted it for myself. Since then, there was even no desire to exchange for something the massage that my cosmetologist does to me. I was lucky, she really has "golden" hands, - says Anna.

She is not fixated on home care: she constantly changes brands of creams and masks. But most often he buys funds at the pharmacy.

For hair beauty - dietary supplements and vitamins

Anna admits: what she was really lucky with was her hair - it was always thick. Although she once cut her hair badly, and her hair just stopped growing. Experts nodded to age: supposedly, after 40 is a normal process. But Anna did not give up, intuitively began to eat walnuts, which, as she later found out, contain Omega 3 fatty acids, which are responsible, among other things, for the condition of the hair. Then she was tested, the necessary dietary supplements and vitamins were selected for her, and her hair became the same again.

- If you have hair problems, it may be due to a lack of vitamins and minerals or hormonal levels. I advise you to consult a doctor who will choose a course for recovery. You need to monitor your health, fill the deficit.

By the way, Anna is naturally a natural blonde - she has never put on makeup. And again, the absence of gray hair could be attributed to genetics, if not for one thing: all relatives have gray hair.

Age - numbers only

In a conversation, Anna clarifies: our appearance also depends on our mental health. By this she means constant development, learning something new and, of course, cheerfulness, self-acceptance.

- Sometimes women 40 years old write me in direct Instagram, they say that looking at me, they are not afraid to grow old. But for me it always sounds so strange, - says Anna. - From the height of my age, I can say that 40 years is so little! This is still a very young woman. Especially in our time, when the boundaries of age are blurring, when we have so many opportunities to take care of ourselves, and medicine is at a high level of progress.

And these Soviet phrases "I am old and terrible, I will not be needed by anyone" are not relevant for a long time. Modern women are beautiful and successful, they have long been independent of other people's opinions and men. They make a career, give birth to children when they want, and even in the routine do not forget about themselves. And age is just numbers that no one pays attention to for a long time. Even men are never interested in a woman's age; they judge only by whether she looks good or not. Therefore, it is important to take care of yourself every day, without fanaticism, of course, but do something for yourself. And if you see the result of your actions (and you will definitely see if you make an effort!), Then no numbers in your passport will be scary.
