You don't go beyond the printer

Eight hours at the computer and thirty urgent tasks - sometimes you catch yourself thinking that you have not got up from your chair after dinner? You may be doing well, but you completely forget about yourself. Physical activity is necessary not only for a pleasant figure on the scale, but also for health. Do a light warm-up at least once every two hours, talking on the phone while walking down the hallway - this is a mandatory minimum for the busiest.

You sit for a long time

Scientifically proven - a sedentary lifestyle disrupts blood circulation throughout the body. The result is a slowdown in metabolism, lethargy of the skin, a state of apathy and extra pounds.
