1. Keep a diary of emotions. It will help you understand what situations make you feel bad. Every day, write down your condition, what makes you happy, what saddens you, what makes you worry. Write down not only what caused the negative emotions, but also how long you have been experiencing them. This will also help to track which emotions prevail, to understand the difference and the relationship between needs, emotions and intentions. And learn to control them.

2. Throw away unnecessary items regularly. This is a special technique in psychology that unconsciously helps to get rid of the interviewee. Once a week - general cleaning on the desktop, in the wardrobe, in the apartment. Throw away everything that is unnecessary and old, say goodbye to the past and let it go with ease. Remember that for new events, emotions, things, you always need to make room for them to come.

3. Do not be left alone with your thoughts. At the moment when you feel really bad, call your friends, mom, dad and speak out. Talk about the sick person, cry, shout, tell the tenth round, but free your head. Don't be afraid to sound like a whiner or discover weakness - now it's more important not to accumulate negativity inside.

6. Be here now. Watch what is happening around. Try to abstract from everyday problems and try to notice simple things: the color of cars, the facades of houses, flowers in the windows, the play of light.

7. Read books. Now everyone can find literature to their liking. Add a task to the tracker to read at least 50 pages a day. The more you know, the more interesting the world will be, and the less time you will have to make claims to life and yourself.

8. Start a tradition. For example, once a week, have breakfast with friends in a new cafe. Or watch premieres in a theater or cinema. Anything! At least cut a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers on Wednesdays. This will be your little "business", which, despite the circumstances, you cannot cancel.

9. Learn to love yourself and your body. Opt for quality products, a bubble bath rather than a quick shower, and let yourself spin in front of the mirror longer. All of these manifestations of caring for yourself and the body will help to shift the focus to your own feelings and needs.
