  1. Be in good shape before pregnancy. The option “to drop after pregnancy anyway” does not work, the kilograms gained “before” in most cases become annoying companions for a long time.
  2. Adhere to a healthy lifestyle (proper nutrition plus activity) during pregnancy and lactation. The GW stage cannot be written off in any way. According to my observations, this period is even more dangerous than the first. Without gaining a dozen extra pounds, the proudly displayed willpower mother begins to indulge in foods that are almost forbidden during pregnancy: halva, to make milk sweeter, walnuts, and in some cases even lard, to make it fatter! Here, along with the confidence that everything is for the good of the baby, the numbers on the scales begin to grow no less quickly.
  3. Genes will also play a role, but even their influence may not be felt unless the second point is followed.

My recovery after the second birth took a little longer than after the first. But then, almost four years ago, state exams and a lot of worries became an additional factor that contributed to losing weight (and of course, four years is four years; enemies claim that my metabolism has already slowed down). By the time my oldest daughter was eight months old, I weighed my ideal 58 kg. Now - by 1-2 kg. more, but that doesn't really bother me. I am interested in body quality, and it improves from training to training. Ultimately, excess fat will disappear, giving way to the released mass indicators to the muscles.

If you are in the process of recovering from pregnancy or just trying to lose weight, I will no longer annoy you with my simple conversations about really difficult. Yes, it was not easy for me too. It may be easier than you, but I also had to sweat. And it is still necessary, it is not time to stop. Never.

Во время второй беременности я набрала 11 кг. - на килограмм меньше, чем в первую. И была абсолютно уверена, что сбросить 3–4 кг. будет очень просто. Здесь я несильно ошибалась. Неожиданностью для меня стало состояние тела: оно было жидким, мягким и некрасивым. Через пару месяцев я могла носить узкие джинсы с высокой талией и быть вполне себе довольной отражением в зеркале. Но вот без них - совсем другая картина. Гормональный целлюлит я, конечно, ожидала увидеть, но не была готова к тому, что он задержится дольше, чем я предполагала. Когда же я поняла, что мое планирование оказалось так себе результативным, бороться с проблемой было еще рано. Оставалось ждать и не допускать ухудшения ситуации. Я не начинала заниматься спортом: у меня было мало молока, и я боялась, что нагрузки усугубят ситуацию. По этой же причине я не делала никаких процедур или массажей. В целом мне было все равно, исчезнет ли лишний вес, а с ним и целлюлит на полгода позже желанного или нет. Главным было сохранить ГВ. Но к началу года молоко почти пропало - и я стала медленно входить в привычный спортивный режим. К слову, до второй беременности я не имела желанную физическую форму, хотя мой вес и был меньше, чем сейчас. Из-за травмы колена я не могла тренироваться.

Since February I have tried to enter the regime, but each new attempt ended in failure. It was not difficult to make a schedule, but to follow it turned out to be a much more difficult task. Almost every new attempt to go to the gym without excuses was faced with circumstances in the form of a sleepless night and a lack of strength. Choosing between nap and workout, I preferred the former.

I managed to build a semblance of a system since April, when Ivanka was eight months old. In the form that almost suits me, I came in two months. Do not think that all the time before I did not follow the system. It existed, but without active physical activity.

So, I'm telling you what exactly helped me get in shape and allows me to keep it

- After graduation from GV (my daughter was six months old), I completely gave up sweets for two months. This gave my body a great opportunity to start shedding extra pounds and fluid stagnation in tissues. In addition, I have formed a great habit: I now eat a lot less sweets than I used to.

- I do not follow any nutritional system, but I try not to eat carbohydrates in the afternoon. I have breakfast with oatmeal or buckwheat porridge / omelet, for lunch I eat soup and salad with protein foods or pasta, for dinner - salad with protein. Snack on dried fruits or fruits. I rarely eat baked goods, if I really want to, most often on trips (for example, now on vacation I eat something from sweet pastries every morning, but not later). I'm always ready to afford something high-calorie (pizza, burger, etc.), but I don't make it a daily rule.

- I go in for sports at least four times a week. Two of them are functional training in the gym, the remaining ones are water aerobics and jogging. If you have the time and mood, I do not limit myself to this amount of workouts: in the warm season I go to ride a bike, in winter - to ski.

- To help the body recover, I resorted to salon procedures:

  1. Carboxytherapy. I was totally delighted with her. The procedure consists in the subcutaneous injection of carbon dioxide. Its use is possible for the purpose of rejuvenation and weight loss. My wishes were to get rid of fat deposits in those places from which it is difficult to remove them by physical activity alone: ​​this is the area above the knee. As a natural metabolite, gas accelerates combustion processes. For me, carboxytherapy turned out to be a wow procedure. We managed to achieve a significant improvement by doing five procedures (no more than once a week). However, it should not be mistaken for a panacea. In addition, you should first consult with a specialist and do not exceed the amount of gas allowed for injection, otherwise you risk harming your health.
  2. Proshock Ice (cryolipolysis). This is a procedure to remove localized fat deposits. First, the tissues are cooled using a special nozzle, which promotes the burning of fat cells (the body reacts to cold and generates heat, spending energy on this and thus burning fat cells). The second stage of the procedure is the impact on the fat layer and cellulite with a shock transmitter, which literally breaks down fat cells. In addition, thanks to the procedure, the skin turgor increases, which is very useful when you are also working on the abdominal area. I managed to do four procedures. The result is excellent: I lost 2 cm in the hips and waist.

Both of these procedures do not have an immediate effect and will be effective if you are on a diet (read: do not eat everything) and engage in physical activity. For me, they turned out to be effective, because the struggle was fought on all fronts. An integrated approach to recovery is the key to success! What I wish for you, dear readers.
