In the literary world, Breakfast at Tiffany's, published in 1958, made a splash. At that time, the author Truman Capote was called the best writer of the generation, but Hollywood did not share this enthusiasm. It seemed to everyone that the story of the friendship of the gay writer with an enterprising girl of easy virtue was too scandalous. Nevertheless, aspiring producers - risky Martin Juro and Richard Shepherd undertook to bring the idea to life. They believed that a non-standard plot could attract the attention of the viewer, so they remade Breakfast at Tiffany's into a romantic comedy.

The Givenchy fashion house created two black dresses for the film. One is satin with a cutout on the back. Black gloves, oversized sunglasses, a Tiffany & Co pearl necklace and a tiara were in perfect harmony with him. The second is of crinkled silk with a frill along the hem, which Audrey paired with a wide-brimmed hat, a long cream scarf and shoes with small thin heels, gloves and large glasses.

Three copies of the satin dress were created: one for the fashion house, the second for the Madrid Costume Museum, and the third for Audrey herself. Each one had a lot of horsehair and lead weights inserted for rigidity.

The creative director of the House, Ricardo Tisci, spoke of the dress like this:
"It is in the spirit of the 60s, simple and austere in the front, but with an interesting tailoring at the back - it turned out to be something in between ethnics and Parisian chic."
The fragile beauty Audrey Hepburn was cast as Holly Golightly. She is a symbol of a fairy tale: she grew up in difficult conditions, suffered from anorexia and depression, after which she became one of the most popular Hollywood stars. They tried to repeat everything behind her, because they considered Audrey the most stylish and feminine.

Her style at that time was very bright, so it was reflected in the film itself. The wardrobe palette consisted of several neutral colors: blue, pink, black, white and brown.
Also, nature has endowed Audrey with excellent data. She has a regular oval face, full lips and large deer eyes. Now many girls are trying to adopt the style of the actress in clothes and makeup.

Audrey Hepburn's makeup is a great example of sophisticated taste and style. Makeup that is suitable for daytime meetings with friends, and for a more important event.
Tone
Trend: Healthy Skin Tone.
If you look at Audrey, you will notice that she has perfectly even skin, without a single flaw. Choose a foundation that is perfect for your complexion, with good coverage. Such means in your cosmetic bag can be: Dior Backstage (good even coverage, large color range, the possibility of layering the product for a more detailed study of flaws), Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation (has a denser application, will also help correct skin imperfections, and a semi-matte finish will provide a natural skin look), Sensai Flawless Satin Foundation (medium coverage, good color pigmentation, not felt on the skin).
Eyebrows
Trend: Lush sable eyebrows.
To achieve brows like Audrey's, you can use Lime Crime Eyebrow Gel and Highlighter, choose a color that matches your brows, or a tone darker. The eyebrow marker will allow you to draw in detail each hair, and the styling gel will fix the hairs in the desired position.
Eyes
Trend: focus on the eyes.
Paint the crease with a natural shade of brown or greyish to deepen the eye and make the look more penetrating.
For the arrow (in the film, Audrey wears a wide, long arrow that emphasizes the almond-shaped eyes), it is best to use INGLOT Gel Liner. It will give a rich color, and if necessary, it is possible to correct the wrong brush movement with a concealer suitable for the skin tone.
Eyelashes are also an integral part of any makeup, they make the eyes more expressive and deep. Dior Diorshow mascara is your go-to for the perfect look. It curls and separates the cilia well, if there is a need, you can first curl the cilia with a curler.
Lips
Trend: naturalness.
Audrey's lip makeup is distinguished by its simplicity and moderation. Instead of makeup in bright colors, the beauty used lipstick in muted shades.
You can use the Dior Backstage Lip Palette, a wide variety of colors in the palette, the ability to mix and choose the perfect shade.
