In the capital of France, the star "angels" Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kendall Jenner took to the Grand Palais podium. Irina Shayk also took part in the show. True, it was not her image that attracted the most attention: it became obvious from the emerging tummy that the star was preparing to become a mother. 51 models showed a new collection of lingerie that evening, but only 12 of them have the honorary title of "angel".
For 19-year-old supermodel Gigi Hadid, the evening was special: she made her debut on the Victoria's Secret show. The girl was supported by her older sister Bella, who has been taking part in the brand's fashion show for the second year in a row. Not without Russian beauties: Katya Grigorieva, Vita Sidorkina and Valeria Kaufman came to demonstrate the new collection of lingerie.
Famous makeup artists and stylists prepared the girls for the release: Tom Pesho, Anthony Turner and Sarah Potempa. Tom Peshaux strove for a natural make-up: he used light foundation and concealers, abandoned bronzer and fixing powder. Highlighters were also used, which most closely match the skin tone of the model. For his eye makeup, he chose a duo of pastel shades of gray and brown, complemented by a cat arrow. The finishing touch is Victoria's Secret Velvet Lip Matte, thinned with pink gloss.
To maintain a natural look, Anthony Turner and Sarah Potempa gave the models casual waves. The show was opened by Elsa Hosk, who came out with the wings of a giant dragon encircling her body. "Angel" Jasmine Tux appeared in front of the public in a Bright Night sconce made of emeralds and diamonds. Estimated at $ 3 million and took over 700 hours to complete, the grand show culminated in solo appearances by Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and The Weeknd. On December 5, the recording of the show will be shown on the American channel CBS.
