There is one region in Turkey that only connoisseurs know about! Alacati is one of the world centers for windsurfing and the "capital" of the club life for fans of boarding with the breeze. A new luxury hotel with an emphasis on privacy, the Biblos Resort, has recently opened there. BeautyHack editor Natalia Kapitsa went to the resort to test the hotel's SPA menu and service level.

Location

If you think Turkey in July is temperature suicide, you are wrong! There are regions where it is comfortable and fresh, but at the same time, tanning is taken just as well as in other popular resorts. One of them is the city of Alacati, located on the Cesme Peninsula (western coast of the Aegean Sea). Ornate cobbled streets, cozy restaurants, great music, souvenir shops, the smell of dried lavender in the air and a rich nightlife - that's all about him. During the day in the city, you can lazily stroll through the impromptu market in search of jam from figs and tomatoes, and in the evening enjoy the national cuisine and fashionable clubs, which there are more than the local population (just kidding).

The new hotel "luxury" class is located exactly there - in "Turkish Mykonos" (also called Alacati). It is nestled on the shores of Surfer's Bay - in a peaceful neighborhood with palm trees, surfer schools and dashing champions (and future champions) dashing through the waves. Stylish, comfortable, safe, cozy - the hotel was created to ensure that your vacation is 100% successful.

Rooms Fund

Guests have at their disposal 176 cozy rooms of nine categories - from Club Room (31 m²) to Executive Suite (112 m²). And they all amaze with the quality of the finish and sterile cleanliness.

There is not a single ill-conceived detail in the room - more than 400 people worked for almost three years to make some of the mosaics, with which some of them are decorated. And this is impressive!

Soft double towels, hairdryer, L'Occitane cosmetics sets, panoramic windows with a cozy balcony, Italian parquet flooring, Frette linens, handmade silk carpets and a capsule coffee machine - this seems to be what a holiday paradise looks like.

The rooms have wonderful views, and from the ten rooms of the Biblos Laguna Private you can get into the private pool - privacy of the ninetieth level.

The fund also has a completely exclusive product: Panorama Suite is the only room in the hotel that overlooks the bay.

All rooms have the same stylist, which successfully combines elements of art deco and contemporary with a lot of natural wood in the interior.

Infrastructure

The entire territory of the hotel is one continuous "oasis", which was created by the best landscape designers and - attention - glass blowers. The first thing that guests see at the entrance is a surreal glass garden of bright flowers created by the best Turkish masters. There, mixed with live boxwood and star anise, you will see such "exotic", which will take your breath away! Shimmering in the sun, glass flowers give guests millions of sunbeams that set the tone and mood for the whole day.

In addition to the unusual garden, guests near the lobby are greeted by the Morgan oldtimer convertible - it will definitely become your favorite photo zone. I also could not resist and took a couple of shots.

Our entire team spent most of the time by the pool - there are 8 of them at Biblos! Sunbathing in the "palm" paradise, "olive" garden or on the beach with Egyptian sand - it's up to you.

My favorite location was the multi-level beach club paved with deck boards. All that is required of you for a wonderful holiday is just to come. And the rest of the hotel staff will do it themselves: spread fluffy towels, bring lemon water in a container with ice and even adjust the position of the lounger. Instead of a snack, I highly recommend you try a cold soy milk latte there - it's something amazing, honestly.

When it's time for lunch, go to one of two restaurants - passwords and turnouts.

Brasserie Le Jour has the world's best pistachio pancakes and beef patties served with croutons, natural yoghurt and tomato and herb sauce. And what kind of breakfasts are there - get ready, you will want to try everything at once.

In the evening, dine at the Amante di Mare, located by the sea. I highly recommend betting on grilled seafood. Local wine is perfect with them - sometimes you can! By the way, the products to the hotel restaurants are supplied from their own farm: jams and honey, cheeses, eggs, meat - everything for connoisseurs of environmentally friendly, healthy food. And one more thing: if you have special preferences in food, and you adhere to certain dietary rules, inform the staff about it - the chef will gladly fulfill any wishes of the guests.

SPA and saunas

As a beautician and a beautimagnac, the hotel was most interested in two things - the sauna and the SPA. Looking ahead, I will say: they are as beautiful as everything else.

SPA works with two premium brands - Aromatherapy Associates and Biologique Recherche. And this says only one thing: whatever you choose from the beauty menu, the procedure will be pleasant and effective.

I decided to stay at the traditional hammam. And she did not regret it at all. A whole hour of massage, scrubbing and cleansing - after the procedure, it seems that the body has really begun to breathe.

Before the session, the administrator offers to fill out a questionnaire, where there are two mandatory questions: how do you feel and what intensity of massage do you prefer. And such attentiveness was very encouraging - some procedures are contraindicated for headaches and exacerbation of chronic diseases.

The traditional hammam begins with a scrub made with a special glove. I highly recommend signing up for the procedure before you go to the beach - your tan will lie smoother and last longer. Next is the turn of the massage, which the master does under a layer of fragrant foam on a heated bed made of natural marble.

The final stage is shampooing with the application of medicated oil. He made me especially happy - after salt water, the hair requires special care. After the session is over, you will be offered detox water and taken to the relaxation room. I went straight to my room and slept for three hours as a baby - just what I needed after an overnight flight. By the way, massage can be done not only in the SPA, but also in the fresh air - for this, special cabins are provided near the pools.

The saunas at Biblos Resort, Alaçatı deserve a standing ovation. Guests have at their disposal a steam room, a salt bath, a refrigerating room with an ice maker and a 25-meter salt water pool.

After the bath and bath procedures, be sure to drop by the beauty salon for the best styling and sip herbal tea from your own garden at the Alatia Bar wellness bar.

Personal impressions

Just to say that I liked the hotel is to remain silent. Everything is perfect in it: from the service to the dishes, which were specially made for Biblos by the best Italian craftsmen. In 4 days, impressions were added to the treasury: beautiful Alacati, which does not at all look like traditional Turkey - rather, like a small traditional Europe, surf lessons (you can take it right at the hotel), a service that you will not find fault with, even if you really want to, and the best sea parties. Holidays with the smell of freedom and the taste of the best seafood on the coast - thank you Biblos Resort, Alaçatı, I will definitely come back here!
