I always ate a lot - when I was in school, when I entered college. Snickers, bounty, kinders - all this almost did not affect the figure, until the age of 22 I had no problems with weight. If you suddenly really wanted to lose weight, I sat on kefir and drank it for three days, occasionally adding a banana to it. The weight went away instantly - I immediately got into tight jeans and enjoyed life. University years are a carefree time, a frantic metabolism, always in motion, every extra piece eaten is burned very quickly. Then I weighed 50-51 kg with a height of 164 cm. I always had breasts - due to them I seemed a little bigger than I really was. But then it didn't bother me at all.

In 2006 I graduated from the university, I was 21, I started working. The problems of the "adult" began to seize unnoticed by herself - emotional people always do this. More responsibility, the opinion of others becomes very important, a lot of ambitions appear, you meet new people, and this is also stress…. Completely imperceptibly you find that food takes it away very quickly.

My first discovery - if you are an emotional person and want to lose weight, pay attention to the following fact: any food intake in large quantities, a passion for sweets often indicate that you most likely have some kind of inner problem, some kind of experience.

Don't be afraid to admit to yourself that you need help. These are all Soviet prejudices: "If a psychologist is a doctor, then it means that you admit that you are sick." Did people talk about karma and energy before? There were expressions like “I’m mentally tired”, “I was emotionally devastated at the meeting”? No, 30 years ago people didn't say that. But since now we recognize such phenomena, it means that we must be able to cope with them. And not to close yourself off from everyone - you cannot cope on your own, turn to a psychologist, do not be afraid of this. If a girl sleeps a little, works a lot, is constantly under pressure from her superiors, parents, girlfriends or a young man - all these problems lead to weight gain. And don't confuse a psychologist with a psychiatrist. If you came to a psychologist and stayed with him - you do not have a diagnosis - he would have referred you to a psychiatrist, and this would mean that you have an illness.

Many people think that stress can be “earned” - to go headlong into what you love, forget about problems and wait for everything to work out. I will say - without moral health, the right man is unlikely to be around, loyal friends, good work. This is not a problem of the environment - you yourself didn’t once answer the questions: “Why do I love it?”, “Why do I like it?”.

Sometimes we take a parent's behavior model from childhood, transfer it to our adult life, but in fact we ourselves do not want to live like that. Someone had a too soft mother, and the child was naturally disciplined by nature, he liked everything to be clearly structured. And someone had a strict, focused, pragmatic mother, and the girl herself was very soft and vulnerable. There is an internal conflict that leads to unnecessary stress in adulthood. In the therapist's office, such seemingly non-obvious causes of stress become clear, the problem is solved, and as a result, the desire to stress once again disappears. And once in a psychologist's office you find out and admit to yourself: "Yes, now I am ready to be different!" And you have wonderful girlfriends, an understanding husband, an amazing job. You need to come to this yourself. It is often saidthat in losing weight - 20% of sports and 80% of food.

My second discovery: in losing weight - 70% of moral peace and 30% of a properly selected diet. If the body cannot "get" love from the outside (from communication with loved ones, for example), it takes it from food.

I am against courses of personal growth, which take three days: they do not know how to work directly with people. Your emotional state can be trusted with either group therapy or individual therapy.

I'll tell you about myself. I realized that something was wrong with my diet - I constantly wanted to eat, ate more than the average man. The next day, I could sit on the water or stain myself with Thai pills - I had two experiments with them, and after the second, three days later, it was really bad - I was very dizzy, I was close to fainting. After that, I did not repeat my experiments. You really don't want to eat from them, and I'm sure there is something psychotropic in their composition. One pill completely suppresses the appetite, the second flushes everything out of the body, you look haggard, dehydration begins - as if you are drinking a diuretic every day. The most important thing is that after them, harmful substances remain in the body that must be washed out.

At some point (it seems, it was 2010) I gain catastrophic weight for myself. Over the years, from 51 kg, I recovered to 62 kg and went to a psychologist. I was incredibly ashamed that I was fat, because I remembered myself thin in my university years. You wake up with swelling - and you are ashamed from the very morning. You meet with friends and say: "I ate so much yesterday, that's why I look like this!" You seem to be making excuses. If he hadn't said this, no one would have noticed. But people always feel your insecurity. Problems pile up like a snowball. Perhaps in the end you will agree to the wrong man, believing that the one just will never pay attention to you.

Often people think that if one psychologist did not help, then psychology as a whole does not suit them. This is not true. It is important to find "your" branch of psychology and your therapist. Don't be afraid to change it - it's like in the gym: if you don't like a trainer, choose another one.

I have been doing psychoanalysis for about five years. Now I already understand that this method did not suit me - a strict person sits opposite you, who is not involved in your problems. I am very patient - it took me about five years to realize that this was not mine. But this method prepared me for a meeting with my psychologist, which is also important. Any psychologist is a person who does not tell you where to go and what to do, he does not decide anything for you: he just understands the problem with you.

Psychoanalysis has borne fruit: my psychologist is now surprised at how quickly I solve any problem, how I analyze any situation or person into podcasts: after psychoanalysis, everything is structured in my head. This is especially important for bosses. After all, you are subordinate to people (like children!), And you are responsible for them. If you do not care about them, be sure that their energy will resonate in your life.

I am engaged in psychology, which is based on many teachings. And I understand that I always find problems because I want to be better. If I fell for someone, I go to a psychologist, and we figure out why it happened.

My third discovery is that as soon as we remove aggression and fears, which we have a lot, we are ready to lose weight.

All inner beauty will be reflected on the outer. Let me give you a funny example. I am often asked if I removed Bish's lumps. Believe it or not, I was just taking care of myself and my morale. At some point, I developed cheekbones, although if you look at the photos, before that I always had cheeks.

When I started working with my therapist, we solved many problems, removed a large number of inner fears. And then I realized that I definitely would not break off the diet. Usually it was like this: the diet always started well, but on the third day I broke down. And then again - days on kefir and water. In 2011, I managed to lose 10 kg, but I got them back almost instantly.

SISTEMA ME became my new diet - this is my fourth discovery.

One of its founders is Andrey Stepanov, an athlete, nutritionist, my good friend. Before he created this system together with his friend Milena Stoykova, he often consulted people on the issues of proper nutrition and diet. Me and my friend athlete Vita Ivanova were the first guinea pigs. The idea of ​​the system is as follows - you divide your food 5-6 times a day, weigh everything in grams. Also, Andrey is always in touch in Whats App - for all questions related to diet and nutrition. SISTEMA ME (@ sistema.me) has a food delivery service, but I felt safer to cook myself. You don't need to get tested for this system. You come to Andrey, and he forms your diet, based on the goal (gain muscle mass, lose weight, improve health). My goal, of course, was to lose weight.

I will describe my approximate diet for the day - it was designed for about 1,200 calories, but sometimes it was even hard for me to eat them

I started my morning with a glass of water - I hate it, but it's important to do it in the morning. For breakfast I cooked oatmeal in water with berries and ate two egg whites. As I said, everything is calculated in grams - about 60 grams. oatmeal and 100 gr. berries. The second meal two hours later - three pieces of fitness bread, which I bought in the "Azbuka Vkusa", and nuts. For lunch - chicken breast (100 gr.) (Made it in an airfryer or steamed), 200 gr. green vegetables and a little buckwheat with olive oil. The fourth meal is the same as the third, but sometimes I skipped it - I ate too much. For dinner - low-fat cottage cheese. There were also fruits as snacks (except for grapes and bananas), but they are allowed only in the morning. Milk is excluded from the diet - it is poorly absorbed by the adult body. Weight loss advice - black coffee will save you,if you feel hungry between meals. After it you stop wanting to eat. Chicken breast, seafood, low-fat fish - all this is possible. Red meat is not. And to drink a lot of water - I didn't like to do it, but when you sit on SISTEMA ME, the desire appears. Of course, nutrition also depends on time. If you ate at 12 at night, then have breakfast at 12 in the afternoon - this must be a break between meals.

Once a week / two for SISTEMA ME, a “cheat meal” was allowed. This is the day when you can afford one or two of your favorite foods. I had khinkali and a large piece of cake or even a whole bar of chocolate. The body gets used to a certain diet too quickly - it needs to shake things up. My first cheat meal was SISTEMA ME four weeks later - when the weight got up, and this stimulated him. Alcohol is only allowed on the cheat meal. My advice is if you want a drink, do it at night from Friday to Saturday. Have a drink, wake up and head to Mc Donald's - the day you are allowed your favorite foods will just begin.

SISTEMA ME is a long-acting system. When you lose weight, you can safely allow yourself once a week your favorite (even harmful!) Foods, but the body will perceive the same burger already for chicken breast. But, most likely, you will not want it anymore.

The first time at SISTEMA ME I felt a sense of fear. It seemed to me that I need to eat 1 time a day to lose weight. I thought: “Lord, why am I eating so much! I'll get better now! " And if at first you are physically unable to eat everything that you have prepared for yourself for the day, then after three weeks the metabolism starts up so strongly that you have a healthy appetite. And everything that you eat immediately goes “into the furnace”, not being put off anywhere. At first, you see the result not so much on the scales as in the mirror - you visually decrease in volume. This is “burning” fat, not muscles (when we sit on the water, they are the ones that “go away”!).

My fifth discovery is that you can lose weight by no more than 100 grams. a day, and weigh yourself once a week.

10 kg were gone in three months. After that, I went to an endocrinologist to get tested. Imagine my surprise when I heard: "Ol, I have never seen such" healthy "indicators, you are like a book!"

In PMS, I got off SISTEMA ME a little - I was terribly hungry. But this did not stop me from losing weight.

My sixth finding: The best time to start the diet is on the fourth day of the cycle. I don't want to eat so much, the level of hormones is reduced.

I included sports in my plan after a month of the system - I train with coach Yuri Gavrish (@_sickpuppy). I do not advise doing sports when you are starting to lose weight. First you should see that you have dropped at least a little, and then you can go into the hall. Because there is a feeling that, on the contrary, you visually become larger when the muscles are toned. I started doing “chiit” - high intensity interval training. This is high intensity interval training. It includes 4-5 exercises for different muscle groups, which are performed in 3-4 approaches and without rest pauses. Any interval training will speed up your metabolism. I also swam.

My sixth discovery is that don't expect others to notice the result right away. And don't be discouraged. In the first month you notice, in the next one and a half or two - your close circle, and after three - all the rest.

Of course, when you're on a diet, you expect encouragement. You think that since you have already lost 5 kg, now you will go out into the street, and everyone will notice it. Previously, this was the reason why I was frustrated - no one saw that I was tormented and losing weight all month, so in grief I went to Starlite and finished my diet there. A psychologist is just what is needed for moral balance. So that there is no desire to go and give up everything, because relatives do not see the result. When you wake up mentally healthy in the morning, you can do a lot. The criterion that you really lost weight: do not you go and say that you lost 5 kg, but they tell you about it, write comments on social networks and ask you to tell a success story. When they started asking me about my weight loss story, I already forgot about it - after three months you don't remember that you were at SISTEMA ME, it seems that you always ate like that.

I could not notice a tangible difference on the scales, but I saw the result in clothes - things became more and more for me. As a result, in three months of SISTEMA ME, I lost 10 kg and from 42 Italian size I switched to 36. In the photo from Allure Best Of Beauty - 2016 I am in a dress that I had to sew from size 38 to 36. I allowed myself to pull my hair into a ponytail, although my shoulders and back are open, and I was shy about this part of my body before. I felt confident here.

Visualization is very important in the process of losing weight, it is a great motivator. Dream about how you fit into the desired dress. And go to this goal, realizing that there is still a lot of work on the body ahead. More stand at the mirror, try on clothes. For eleven years I have struggled with being thin in my head. I was photographed, I imagined how I looked, and then I looked at the photo and started crying because of the discrepancy between the imagined and the actual.

The right environment is an important aspect of successful weight loss. If your man is not satisfied with the way you look, then most likely you need to change him. If a man starts with "fats", then he ends up with your character, which cannot be changed. My husband fell in love with me when I weighed 62 kg, and that was the motivation to look even better. When I lost weight and began to weigh 54, he said: "Wow!" - but in fact he didn't care - he knew that it was better for me myself and was happy about it.

My best friend Vita Ivanova (@vitusavi) is my biggest motivator in sports. She is very athletic, muscle man. I was too lazy to do it, but she forced me, and she did it. I will be grateful to her all my life for being in sports. Therefore, my last advice is to choose the girlfriends you want to be like in something. This will be a great motivation to get better.
