Facial skin care before and after training
I spend the first half of the day in the role of a media personality and a business woman: I do light makeup for filming, interviews and meetings. In the afternoon, you can find me in one of my studios, doing training myself or helping my employees.
Better to do sports without makeup - it clogs the pores. Therefore, I pay great attention to purification. Of all the products that I have tried, the micellar gel for removing makeup from Yuzu, the Sephora Collection and the micellar water "Charcoal" from this brand are the most suitable for me.
One of the latest beauty finds is the Perricone MD daily cleansing mousse. The product gently cleanses the skin without leaving a feeling of tightness.
In our studios, we leave basic care items for our visitors - this is an important component of comfort. But if in the studio where you train, there are no makeup removers and cotton pads, and you cannot carry them with you, use napkins. I love Yuzu make-up remover wipes, Sephora Collection - they have a very compact package (won't take up much space in your bag).
I believe that beautiful and well-groomed skin is an indicator of how a girl treats herself. Healthy and radiant skin can be achieved without makeup - notice the equally “wow” effect. Recently I realized that skin health is a guarantee of beauty, and after training I don’t make up, I give it a rest.
I use tonic and serum in the morning and evening. After training, I always go to the shower, after which I apply a cream that moisturizes and nourishes the skin. I like the cream with mango extract Ligne Mango Butter Cream, St. Barth. The product has a super-moisturizing effect and a light texture. It works great as a makeup base, but I use it instead of makeup (smiles).
Several times a week after training I do a face mask to provide my skin with additional hydration. My pick is a pineapple mask from the Sephora Collection (it has a delicious scent!).
Body skin care after exercise
In the morning I pay great attention to the condition of the skin of my face, and in the evening I like to apply masks and use body scrubs - it relaxes and helps to recover after a hard day. When I come home after training, I need to recuperate.
In evening care products I value not only a noticeable result, but also a pleasant aroma that fills the bathroom. Recently, I prefer the Bataille d'Oreiller, Sephora series - I buy scrubs, shower gels, milk and hand soap. They have a wide variety of "tastes" - you can choose your own according to taste or mood.

What means to take with you to training?
Sport takes up 50% of my life, and pre- and post-workout skin care runs out quickly. I always take miniatures with me - it's very convenient. And the products should be moisturizing and nourishing - this is what the skin needs most after exercise.
Recently we went on a fitness tour to Nice - for each participant we have put together a cosmetic bag for training. We tried to think over everything to the smallest detail and we got the necessary set of tools for doing sports. All products in it are universal (suitable for daily use).
My favorites are Wonderful Cushion Creamy Matte Lipstick, Sephora Collection, Gel Lip Liner, Sephora Collection and this brand's lip balm.
To protect the skin from the negative effects of the sun, put on masks after sunburn, and for the evening ritual - my favorite cleansers.
