What drinks will save you from the autumn and winter blues without harm to health and shape? BeautyHack found out the answer from the famous nutritionist Natalia Zubareva.
Mulled wine
As for the alcoholic mulled wine, everything is on the surface - its main component, red wine, is distinguished by its calorie content and dulls the fear of breaking the diet. If you are too cold or squishy, then a mug of steaming drink will bring you back to life, but do not abuse it. And, of course, this is not a daily drink, and alcoholism is not far from it. There are no complaints about non-alcoholic mulled wine, if only you choose natural grape juice, and not chemistry diluted with water.

Masala tea
Spices cause additional production of serotonin in the blood, so I highly recommend it as a cure for winter blues. Just don't overuse this drink if you're on a diet.
Hot chocolate
What you buy from the coffee machine is not hot chocolate, but inveterate chemistry. I do not recommend drinking this! And if we consider a drink made from natural raw materials with a high content of cocoa beans, then it is not only tasty, but also healthy. Of course, you can't get away from calories, but pamper yourself once a week - why not?

Hot berry punch
The juice and sugar in this drink provides a good supply of calories. I'm not sure if you need them. Again, choose the right ingredients, tweak the recipe healthier, and enjoy. In general, I approve, unlike the classic cold punch, where there is also soda - this is where the real danger is!
Hot sbiten with honey
Very sweet, very high in calories and, of course, not for everyone. Losing weight, allergy sufferers, people with gastrointestinal problems do not advise. But let's be honest, sbiten is not the most common drink these days, you can afford it once or twice during the winter.

Ginger tea
An excellent drink - tasty and healthy, especially if you use honey instead of sugar as a sweetener. However, be careful, as ginger also has contraindications. Ginger tea can harm the irritated membrane of the gastrointestinal tract with enteritis, ulcers, colitis and gastritis. It is not recommended for cholelithiasis, any type of bleeding, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, body temperature over 39 ° C, and during pregnancy during the second and third trimester. Allergy sufferers should also drink with caution!
Rosehip infusion
Rosehip is a storehouse of vitamin C, which is so necessary for our body. It is also rich in other vitamins and minerals with a low calorie content. Rosehip infusion is a proven remedy for the prevention of influenza. In combination with honey, it treats respiratory viral diseases and helps to avoid complications, normalizes the digestive tract in case of disorders and solves a number of other problems. It is not for nothing that this plant is so prized in folk medicine.
