Plant-based drinks such as cereals and nuts are a good alternative for those who are lactose intolerant or want to reduce the amount of cow's milk they consume. In an adult, the amount of enzymes that contribute to the absorption of this product decreases, and therefore bloating and diarrhea appear. Of course, you should not completely abandon milk, but it is better to give preference to fermented milk products.
Coconut milk

Coconut milk contains vitamins B, C, E, K, macronutrients (phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium), amino acids and monounsaturated fatty acids. The drink has antibacterial properties, lauric acid in the composition is involved in the development of the brain and bones. The product increases hemoglobin: 200 grams contains 20% of the daily value of iron. Coconut milk is good for breakfast and goes well with cereals.
Cedar milk

100 grams of cedar milk contains 35% proteins and about 40% carbohydrates. Due to its amino acid composition, this drink perfectly replaces traditional cow's milk. It normalizes metabolic processes in the body, participates in hematopoiesis, and serves as an immunomodulator. Pine nuts have more vitamin E than peanuts and almonds. This vitamin is responsible for strengthening the immune system, delaying the aging process, normalizing the reproductive and cardiovascular systems, and reproductive function.
Another property of cedar milk, important for the inhabitants of Eastern Europe, is the presence of iodine in the composition. True, because of the calorie content, it is better for people with weight problems to refuse cedar milk. But pregnant and lactating women can, on the contrary, lean on a drink. It contains all the balanced substances necessary for the formation of a new organism.
Almond milk

Almond milk is high in protein and calcium. Therefore, they can also replace cow. In combination with magnesium and vitamin B6, calcium strengthens bones. Vitamins A and E have antioxidant effects. The only drawback is its inaccessibility. Almond milk may not be found in stores, but you can make it at home using a handful of almonds.
Rice milk

A very popular product in Asia. Brown rice is used as a base, which gives a sweetish taste to the final product. Milk contains carbohydrates, B vitamins, fiber. Suitable for people with allergies. However, you should not be limited only to this type of milk, as it is low in calcium.
Soy milk

It is better to use soy milk as a base for meals than to drink it in its pure form. A drink made from soybeans contains little calcium and B vitamins, but it contains a lot of protein and iron, no cholesterol and lactose.
