“This diagram needs a little explanation. It is suitable for those who do not have internal problems: diseases, hormonal disruptions, lack of vitamins, micro- and macroelements. I recommend to everyone who has at least one of the listed items to start with tests and a visit to a trichologist."
Step # 1: exfoliate your scalp once a week
Each of us carries a very heavy baggage on our scalp - dead clients of the epidermis, mixed with sebum, heavy metal salts and dust. This interferes with normal metabolic processes in the follicles: nutrients and oxygen practically do not reach them. The result is stunted growth and shedding. Peeling helps to remove all excess and improve the trophism of hair follicles. Choose acidic or enzyme, they are the most gentle.
Step # 2: deep cleanse shampoo once a month

Regular shampoos do not guarantee complete cleansing. For example, they do not wash out metals and silicones at all, which create an invisible film. As in point number 1, this leads to a violation of the nutrition of the hair. The deep cleansing shampoos feature high concentration of surfactant cleansing agents and a highly alkaline pH to open the flakes. I want to draw your attention: after such means, you must definitely use an acidic mask and "smooth" the cuticle.
Step # 3: Caffeinated Tonic Every Day
Caffeine stimulates blood circulation in the hair follicles. This means that nutrients are delivered faster. My choice is O 'right Caffeine tonic. It contains 95% natural ingredients that not only accelerate growth, but also stop hair loss.
Step # 4: hydrolyzed protein mask once a week
When growing hair, it is important not only to stimulate the follicles, but also to maintain their length. In this, the main assistant is hydrolyzed keratin of plant origin. It is embedded under the scales, filling voids and preventing delamination. In the case of such masks, the main rule is less is better. Excess keratin can stick to strands, making them heavier and causing hair loss.
Step # 5: normalize nutrition
The bulk of your diet should be whole grains, digestible protein, vegetables and greens. Eat the latter at least five servings a day in any form: boiled, fresh, stewed.
Step 6: omega-3 fatty acids
Polyunsaturated fatty acids are good for more than just hair. They improve the condition of the skin and nails. Your daily dose is 2.5 g per day, which is equivalent to three servings of salmon steak weighing 200 g. If you don't like fish, pay attention to dietary supplements. Just do not ignore the dosage indicated on the package, this is an important parameter.
