Tip # 1: don't eat in front of the TV
When you're keen on watching a movie or TV show, the satiety signal arrives at the brain with a long delay. You have every chance of eating too much and exceeding the daily calorie intake. Make it a rule: first dinner, then the series.
With Tip №2: Observe the daily routine
First, after night vigils and sleeping until lunchtime, the body needs almost a week to restore the circadian rhythm. And secondly, if you go to bed after two in the night, you do not break down fats - the hormone responsible for this is produced from 23.00 to 2.00.
C Tip №3: do not keep junk food in the fridge
If you are to arrange a gastronomic feast for your body, then it is from healthy products. No temptation, no problem. You probably won't want to leave the house for a packet of chips when there is salad, cheese, and eggs in the fridge. And be sure to keep healthy snacks at home - if suddenly the desire to eat something tasty overpowers common sense.
C Tip №4: do exercises
It has been proven that during physical activity, the feeling of hunger disappears. And if suddenly you have a desire to eat a croissant, sit down 20 times better - I'm not kidding!
Tip # 5: avoid alcohol
First, it provokes appetite. Secondly, it has too many empty calories. And thirdly, alcohol distracts attention: you simply cannot control how much you actually ate.
C Tip №6: eat consciously
I call everyone to this. Before you put the Napoleon into your mouth, think about what benefits it will bring to organism, other than a five-minute burst of enodrphins. No? Then leave it in the refrigerator, replacing it with a banana curd muffin.
