In addition, autumn is a period of carbohydrates, so feel free to make pasta, cakes and pies. Eat more vegetables and greens and cut eggs to remind you of the sun and cheer you up. Do not forget to add fish and meat to your diet, which fill you with energy.

And it will be absolutely wonderful if you have the opportunity to fly to a warm country at least for a few days.
