Top Russian makeup artist and founder of the Shik beauty cosmetic brand Natalia Shik (@shikstudio) told how she prepares the skin for makeup and advised products that instantly refresh the face.
Care
For me, express makeup starts with beautiful skin, so I couldn't help but highlight the care products. Each girl has her own skin preparation scheme, an individual daily beauty ritual. My favorites are Bioré's Hydrophilic Cleansing Oil and La Prairie Anti-Aging Stress Cream. The first one perfectly cleanses the skin and removes make-up without leaving an oily film, while La Prairie cream luxuriously moisturizes and makes the skin look healthy. I apply it morning and evening, avoiding the skin around the eyes. With such regular care, you don't have to spend a lot of time on makeup - your skin will look great anyway!
Tone
My love is a new foundation that I am currently developing. I experience tremendous pleasure and awe when I paint with the future products of my brand! Of the proven products that I have been using for a long time, I recommend Clarins Skin Illusion moisturizer. It comes in 10 shades, so you can easily find yours. I love that the cream gives the skin a healthy glow, as if illuminating it. Moreover, it is absolutely invisible and lays down in the thinnest layer.
Blush
Pink or peach blush is the key to a fresh and healthy look. My favorites right now are the Hourglass blush. The palette contains the most beautiful shades: coral, pink, plum, fuchsia! All blush is made by hand, for this pigment and powder are mixed in ideal proportions - a very durable texture is obtained.
Bronzer
One of the most beautiful shades in my opinion is Terra by Tom Ford. With a bronzer, you can create the effect of a kiss of the sun, the word you recently returned from vacation. Now it is more relevant than ever!
Eyebrow products
Complete your express makeup with eyebrow shaping. I love them with a special love, so it's difficult for me to single out one remedy. For me, the minimum program is a transparent gel, the maximum is a pencil in the taupe shade from Shik Beauty. I also often use light brown mascara.
