Turn off the perfectionist

Many moms (and I am no exception) love to live in superwoman mode. When raising a child, they want to combine the roles of a wife, girlfriend, hostess, and sometimes a business woman. It's all to blame for perfectionism and inability to distribute forces. The result is stress and fatigue.

First of all, you are a mom. Everything else can be relegated to the background. Learn to enjoy the moments with your child. Children grow quickly: now you suffer from the fact that the baby does not get off his hands, and in a couple of years you will not keep up with him.

Take a new rhythm of life

For the first six months, my daughter Olya slept only in her arms. Grandmothers advised to shift to the bed, they said: "Let him shout!". I accepted the situation and began to read while she slept.

Mom needs to tune in to the rhythm of the child and find harmony in this.

Ask for help

Feel free to bring in helpers. This was the hardest for me. I thought that no one would do the way I do. But in vain! If your husband helped with the cleaning, but did it poorly, do not rush to criticize! Thank you, tell me how valuable it is to you. It will be much better at vacuuming soon!

The main thing for mom is health, mood and strength, then she gives happiness to everyone around.

Don't force yourself

Not all mothers feel close to their baby from birth. There is nothing wrong. Don't listen to advice from friends and family. Spend time with your baby talking and touching him. Love grows over time. We recognize children, see our own features in them, live emotions and events with them, becoming closer and dearer!

But, if you are tired, do not forcefully play with your baby. Children feel it. You need to rest and recharge. What matters is not how much time you spend together, but how much you are involved in games, reading, creativity, walking.

Don't forget about your favorite activities

In the first months of motherhood, everything is turned upside down. In order not to live in stress, do not stop doing what you love, find time for yourself and please your own inner child.

Time management

Make to-do lists, cook only light and quick meals, use a dishwasher, multicooker, robotic vacuum cleaner, etc. Think, what unnecessary things are you doing? It's okay if you don’t mop the floor every day, iron your clothes for the house, cook 10 dishes for dinner!

Avoid people with a negative view of the world

Do not run around with whiners, they have a destructive effect on us. And also find a friend in spirit: today you will look after her baby, and tomorrow she will look after yours!

Become an example for your child

Show your child the importance of reading books by example. Communicate with him constantly. Tell on a walk that the crane is yellow, the sky is blue - by the year the child will know all the colors.

Do not suppress the curiosity in the child! Let him explore, learn and experience.

Get inspired by other moms

I know a lot of people get annoyed when they see ideal moms on Instagram. I never understood how such girls can be annoying. For me, they are a source of inspiration and positiveness!

If someone has achieved something, then here is a sign, you can too! One has only to start.

Ideal mothers have the same problems as the rest: children have broken dishes, turned over a bowl of soup … The difference is that they look at situations differently, not counting a broken mug as a problem.

Seeing someone else's experience makes it easier to understand which lifestyle is right for you and which is not. Don't copy the lives of others, but be inspired by it.
