I am a fan of ProMakeup Laboratory products. I talked about another favorite tool - Perfect Skin oil in the last article. This micellar water is very gentle and delicate, and at the same time it really cleanses the skin. Another remedy for all skin types. It feels oily (composed of a mixture of mineral and silicone oil). Another component is panthenol. The fact is that 2 Clean to Be True is primarily intended for removing eye makeup, and panthenol at the same time strengthens eyelashes. It's difficult to test the effectiveness of such a bonus, but it's nice to know about it.
I wash off all makeup. A 120 ml bottle is consumed very economically: about five drops are needed for one use. Remember to just shake it well before use.
