1. Bends to the sides with dumbbells
Newbies in the gym run to the heaviest dumbbells to perform bends that supposedly narrow the waist. But such an exercise will only lead to hypertrophy of the oblique abdominal muscles and deprive the girl of even a hint of a dream waist.
2. Lifting the body on the press for the purpose of fat burning
Remember the great phrase: "Abs is done in the kitchen"? Here is the phrase - "in the bull's-eye." You can pump the abs twice a day until you lose your heart rate, but such actions will definitely not lead to burning fat on the stomach.
3. Raises the body on an incline bench
This exercise can be called not only useless, but even dangerous. With the right technique, incline bench lifts can only be performed by a professional. If you are a beginner, then stay to perform crunches on the floor or on a fitball - this way the load on the spine will be minimal.
4. Reduction of legs in a block trainer
There are high hopes for this exercise too. Namely - hopes for slender legs. But here the same error awaits us as with the slopes. Any exercise with weights will lead to muscle hypertrophy, the inner thigh will only strengthen.
5. Lifting the bar with a narrow grip to the chin
Another dangerous exercise. The shoulders are in an unfavorable position, plus we load them very heavily - this can injure the shoulder joint.
In general, the most useless exercises are the ones that you don't. The same squats you promised yourself to do yesterday but didn't. Therefore, exercise under the supervision of professionals and be healthy.
