1. Green coffee

They say that if you drink green coffee, you can lose weight very quickly. In fact, this drink has exactly the same properties as the regular roasted coffee we are all used to.
2. Goji berries

A year ago, goji berries caused a huge stir: they were added to all kinds of drinks and dishes for weight loss. These berries do contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. But you shouldn't overpay for them, because we have domestic analogs: sea buckthorn, blueberries, rose hips.
3. Quinoa

This pseudo-croup is really rich in protein and contains plenty of good carbs. Quinoa is good for people with indigestion (celiac disease) because it is gluten-free. But quinoa still has a simple and inexpensive analogue: buckwheat!
4. Chia seeds

Chia seeds are credited with the miraculous effect of weight loss - upon contact with liquid, they swell and thereby dull the feeling of hunger. Plus, these seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which keep our reproductive function alive. But the well-known flax seeds can boast exactly the same properties.
5. Coconut oil

Coconut oil has a high smoke point and is the safest way to fry food. It is well absorbed by the body and even helps it fight bacteria. But, unfortunately, palm trees do not grow in Russia, and the imported coconut oil is quite expensive. For us, the analogue can be ghee - the most common ghee.
Of the available, but no less worthy superfoods, I would recommend buckwheat, pearl barley, broccoli, blueberries, sea buckthorn - products that we are not used to paying attention to on our table. Remember: the food that is produced in the area where you grew up and live will be most beneficial for you.
