I always start any makeup with cleansing the skin, I take it seriously. I do multi-step care and wipe my face with floral water. Water with chamomile and rosemary, it soothes the skin and cleanses it of light impurities (but will not remove long-lasting makeup). Can be applied to brows to enhance brow growth and to cleanse the skin before coloring the brows.
