Be careful with additives!
You need to be careful with any supplements and sports nutrition. You don't need to buy ten cans right away and think that thanks to them you will get a quick result. Supplements are chemically created foods that are best avoided unless absolutely necessary.
If your goal is to lose weight, but you don't have any serious gym experience, I recommend taking only L-carnitine. It is a safe supplement to help the body burn fat for energy during exercise. Consume it 30 minutes before the start of the workout.

All other supplements I recommend to experienced fitness professionals. If you plan to use fat burners, but ignore sports and proper nutrition, you should be disappointed: the effect of their use is temporary, without a diet it still cannot be achieved.
No magic pills have been invented yet! If you are looking to gain muscle mass, I recommend consuming a protein shake after your workout. Dilute it with water, not milk - this way it is better absorbed.
If you are losing weight, you don't need any proteins or amino acids!
