We have already talked about what kind of mascara the makeup artist Andrey Shilkov recommends to use, and also told about the favorite tonal products of the famous make-up artist. It's time to look into Andrey's work case - take a pen and write it down!
Star makeup artist
I work with a ton of makeup, but I can still highlight a few must-haves that you can just go and buy with your eyes closed. In addition to foundations and mascara, I always have primers, lipsticks, blush and highlighters in my case - nowhere without them!
Primers help to even out the skin's texture, which allows for an even more perfect makeup. Can I use them every day? In principle, yes, but you should understand that in this case the skin needs deep cleansing, since the primers contain cosmetic silicone.
Touche Eclat Blur Primer, YSL
The primer was released in February and won the hearts of my clients forever. Not only is it beautiful, but also with gold, and it works for 100%! It is a transparent gel that improves the appearance of the skin. The product creates the effect of a noble shine and prolongs the lifespan of the makeup.
Prep + Prime Skin Base Visage, MAC
Using the primers of this line, you can erase a huge number of problems from your life and no longer waste your time on them: do not constantly touch up your makeup, do not think if the eyeshadow has rolled on your eyelids, whether your lips are dry … MAC product works - tested. Pay particular attention to the lip primer!
It's difficult to talk about lipsticks, because I am a lipstick addict and I have a huge variety of them - and for each specific case. Honestly, I really like the restrained delicate shades, ash pink, caramel or nougat. Often in my case there is a patronage of very beautiful natural shades, although I can also highlight in the collection some crazy purple, fuchsia, burgundy … But I always strive to emphasize individuality. And hear the client. If, for example, my client asks for red lips, I can easily say: "No, no red lipstick, because at the event where you go, everyone will have red lips." And then she writes to me "Thank you dear, I really was different from everyone." Or there are times when I look and think: "How beautiful it will be some deep mocha, dark red …" We do, and it shoots.
Rouge Pur Couture, YSL
My favorite three beige shades of YSL lipsticks. When I show them to my clients, the reaction is always the same: "How beautiful!" Ideal for nude lip makeup. The texture is very pleasant, the lipstick is easy to apply and moisturizes. Of course, in the lineup there are also beautiful, sharp ones, like # 1, for example.
Retro Matte Ruby Woo, MAC
If we talk about the inexplicably beautiful red, then this is it. The classic Rooby Woo that I worked with for a long time, and then it suddenly became widespread.
Lime Crime Lipsticks
I consider all Lime Crime matte lipsticks to be one of the best matte lipsticks ever. We are friends with the brand, they constantly send me new shades, which I am happy to test and use in my work - it is difficult even to single out one favorite color. They are all very beautiful!
100 Urban Decay Lipsticks
The Urban Decay brand just "made" everyone! Released 100 fantastic lipsticks for all occasions, and of course they are in my case. I even helped the company translate the names of the shades - it is very difficult to find exact definitions. Imagine you have 20 shades of beige and each one needs to be named! The task was to choose the right synonym for the shade: ash-pink, or pink-peach, or beige-brown … It was very interesting, and the lipsticks themselves are cool and of excellent quality, feel free to choose any.
# 11 Pale Pink, Bobbi Brown
I love this blush in shade # 11 - a very delicate, beautiful pink. The texture of the product is creamy, so they are universal - they can be used for their intended purpose and applied to the cheekbones, or it is possible to apply to the lips as a tint. Plus, a creamy blush is always more natural looking.
Orgasm NARS Blush, Nars
Here I will not be original: dry blush or cream sticks from Nars in Orgasm shade are also already a classic, long loved by everyone. When it comes to dry blush, these are my favorites.
I prefer cream highlighters. You see, many women find it difficult to use dry products in everyday life, but if you do choose them, it is better to apply them with your fingers. Why is a highlighter necessary even for a minimal make-up? This is a kind of sculpting of your face - you highlight the more prominent parts, making them more pronounced, which allows you to sculpt the face, it becomes "alive" or something. If you do not know how to use cream highlighters, then my advice to you is: be sure to learn. See a good makeup artist and ask them to show you how to do this.
Chick & Shine Highliter Stick, Madina Milano
My favorite creamy Italian highlighter, I have been using it for a long time. I like the convenient format of the stick and the fact that it gives a very delicate satin shine - it does not shine, but rather illuminates.
