We need complex therapy, examination by a cosmetologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist, tests. Perhaps taking antibiotics. When using any acne remedy, SPF protection is important - they contain retinoids and acids.

Metrogyl

Synthetic topical antimicrobial gel. As part of the drug, the antibiotic metronidazole. Apply in a thin layer twice a day. The course is 3-4 weeks. It happens that improvement occurs after 2 weeks and people stop using the gel. But the course needs to be completed. If it doesn't feel better, you can extend the treatment up to 3 months. The product is light, can be applied locally if small rashes appear.

Skinoren

German remedy based on azelaic acid. Available in gel and cream form. Gel - for oily skin, cream - for dry. If you apply the gel to dry skin, irritation may occur. Use twice a day on cleansed skin: in the morning before makeup and in the evening. Wait for the effect in 3-4 weeks. The course of admission is up to 3 months. Feature of the drug - does not increase the sensitivity of the skin to ultraviolet light. But I still recommend using a supplement with SPF.

Zenerite

Allowed from 12 years old. The composition contains the antibiotic erythromycin (affects the microbes that cause acne), zinc acetate (reduces the production of sebum). Use in the morning before masking and in the evening before bed. Mix the two components of the product, as indicated in the instructions, and apply locally to the lesions. Important: the shelf life of the drug is 5 weeks.

Differin

Differin is also available in the form of a gel for oily skin and a cream for dry skin. As part of a synthetic retinoid, adapalene. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, the agent removes acne and prevents the formation of new lesions. Apply only in the evening (retinoids increase the sensitivity of the skin to the sun) to the affected area, without using a night cream.

The frequency of application of the product is regulated by the doctor: for a cumulative effect, apply it daily, if you feel dry skin, reduce the use to once every few days to maintain the result.

Ducray Keracnyl Control Cream

Has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the number of rashes. The main function of the cream is to destroy biofilm (a group of adherent bacteria that cause acne). One of the anti-inflammatory components is myrtle-based mirtacin. The composition contains acids (lactic, salicylic, glycolic), so use the cream locally in the evening. Suitable for all skin types.
