Personal experience of BeautyHack editors in the fight for fresh hair
Nino Takaishvili, chief editor: KS ProfessionalDry Reasons, Kevin Murphy fresh Air, KS Professional Dry Reasons, Wella Dry me

I wash my head every other day and use dry shampoo every 2 days - on the eve of the next wash. Usually, if I go to an event, I need it in the evening, after work.
I liked KS Professional most of all - invisible, really refreshing and gives volume - even my colleagues noted.
Kevin Murphy Fresh Air pleased me with a fine spray, but I was counting on more shine. I didn’t like the rather luscious perfume, although it’s a matter of taste. It takes quite a lot of product to freshen your head.
Wella Dry Me gives excellent root volume - I would use it on clean hair for root volume and easy hold. Negative: the sweet smell can overpower the scent of the perfume.
Olga Alymova, editor: R + CoDeathValley and CoLabActive

I have porous curly hair, I wash my head every three days. But often I want to add volume, and I apply dry shampoos on a clean head - this, by the way, prolongs their freshness for another day.
R + Co shampoo does not leave white marks, does not cause itching or flaking of the scalp, has a subtle coconut scent. It does not even need to be combed out - it is enough to evenly “pop” at the roots.
CoLabActive in bright packaging, with a citrus scent, pleasantly cools the scalp and is declared as a special shampoo for sports. I put it on before training - CoLab withstood both aerobic exercise and boxing class - after class there was no strong desire to immediately wash my hair.
Ksenia Savchenko, editorial assistant: PaulMitchellExpress Dry and Evo

My soft curly hair is darker at the roots - you can immediately see it when my head is "stale".
The Evo immediately gave noticeable volume. But at the end of the working day I let it down - there was a shine, and I wanted to wash my hair. He did not increase the interval between washes - he only helped out in an emergency.
PaulMitchell didn't add volume, but the hair is noticeably fresher. The effect lasted all day. I liked that the composition contains panthenol, soy proteins and vitamin E, which visually thicken and care for hair. I used both shampoos in the same way: applied to the roots, lightly massaged with my fingers and combed out the excess. Both PaulMitchell and Evo have a strong scent like hairspray. But the smell does not linger for a long time.
Karina Andreeva, Editor: TIGI CatwalkSessionSeries and Matrix Play Back

I don't like dry shampoos, but last year I was presented with TIGI, and I reconsidered my attitude. I try to wash my hair daily, but when it doesn't work out, the product, if applied in the morning, prolongs the freshness for a day. At first, a white bloom is visible - it must be carefully combed out. I liked the sweet aroma, like all TIGI products. Sometimes in a hurry I forget about perfume, and shampoo helps out.
Matrix Play Back does not leave a white coating, but does not postpone shampooing for a day like the previous one. It is interesting to do styling with clean hair. I collect the bun and process the roots - the product creates volume, the hair does not electrify and does not knock out of the hairstyle.
