Awakening
I wake up early enough, after all, I have three children, the elders need to be taken to school, and the youngest to kindergarten. Despite the fact that everything is in one place and not far from our house, we need to get up earlier than we would like … And I confess I love to sleep very much (smiles). There is no time to take care of myself during the gathering of children, so I start all morning beauty rituals only after I return home.
Breakfast
After waking up, I drink a glass of water at room temperature, then I take a shower or a bath, and only then I have breakfast. Most often it is oatmeal or a boiled egg, a few loaves of bread and coffee. Rarely, but I can also afford something sweet.

To wake up faster, I take a contrast shower. I always use Victoria's Secret shower foam and body cream. I bought it by accident on some trip and became addicted to this brand.
If I have time, I prefer to take a bath. Sometimes I add salt to it and lie there for 20-30 minutes, not thinking about anything.

My longtime love from the Dutch brand Marc Inbane is a black anti-aging facial scrub. I use it several times a week. I like that the product very gently exfoliates the skin, perfectly moisturizes and evens it out. The result is immediately noticeable: the face takes on a fresh look and healthy glow, even if I sang until morning in our Euphoria karaoke club in Kaliningrad (laughs). It is interesting that the scrub turns black when it comes into contact with the skin, my children and my husband often laugh when they see me like this.

I have been inseparable with Thalgo hyaluronic patches for several years. They, of course, are not cheap, but the effect is impressive: in just 10 minutes they remove traces of fatigue, bags and dark circles under the eyes. Before this brand came to my eye, I could not even think that toothpaste could cost so much! I bought it out of curiosity and … I liked it. There is definitely an effect in teeth whitening.
