With oils and plant extracts, refreshing and soothing for sensitive and oily skin - the BeautyHack editors tested the best micellar products and delivered their verdict.
Micellar water DermaClear, Dr. Jart +

Tested by the chief editor of BeautyHack Karina Andreeva:
“I am a longtime fan of the Korean brand Dr. Jart - I started my acquaintance with their legendary BB-balm, secured it with masks (which in a record amount of time can turn even the most tired and“gray”face into a fresh peach), and now my hands have reached to micellar water. And then success awaited! Micellar water came to the rescue when it was necessary to quickly wash off the makeup - we managed a couple of cotton pads moistened with the product. Does not injure or dry the skin, gently and gently cleanses. Made on the basis of mineral water. The product is recommended for those with sensitive skin, so take note. I also use it in the morning - I wipe my face before makeup."
Price: 2 860 rub.
Cleansing micellar water Eveil A La Mer, Thalgo

Tested by BeautyHack Creative Director Ksenia Wagner:
“The first thing I would like to note is the cost-effectiveness of the product: one generously soaked cotton pad was enough for two eyes heavily painted with ink. The micellar water dispenser is not the most convenient for me personally (I always twist them back and forth, trying to open it), but pouring more funds than necessary is almost impossible.
After cleansing, the face is not constricted, and there is no discomfort - this is the merit of the sea spring water from Seve Bleue springs, which prevents skin dehydration. The product does not contain oils and does not leave a sticky film on the skin, and the light pleasant aroma will appeal to those who do not like harsh fragrances in caring products."
Price: 1 298 rub.
Micellar water Lahde Bi-phase Micellar Water, Lumene

Tested by BeautyHack editor Anastasia Speranskaya:
“Micellar water from Lumene could not be even more“Finnish”- it contains birch sap, sea buckthorn oil and pure spring water from an arctic spring. This list of ingredients whispers, "Apply me to your dehydrated skin and you will be happy."
Happiness, indeed, will be - water copes with waterproof mascara, and black as night eyeliner, and with the most matte lipstick in the world. What I like most is that the skin does not need to be rubbed - in one light movement, all traces of makeup remain on the cotton pad, and the skin remains soft and hydrated. A separate plus from me to the packaging - I shake the transparent bottle and enjoy the whirlwind of golden oil bubbles mixing with micellar water."
Price: 699 rub.
Micellar water Guinot Eau Demaquillante Micellaire / Instant Cleansing Water

Tested by BeautyHack SMM manager Alexandra Grishina:
“Some may be confused by the price of this product, but this is not just micellar water. This is 3 in 1 (at least) - a product suitable for cleansing, toning and moisturizing. If you are tired of believing in fairy tales a la "you need 2 cotton pads", then you should know - here it is real. The skin is clean, soft and perfectly prepared for the application of daily care products for the effective action of the active ingredients.
What's in the composition: mallow (better known as "stock-rose") and cucumber. They gently soften, deeply moisturize and gently soothe the skin. Make-up removal turns into complete care. By the way, for connoisseurs of naturalness in the composition of products and the absence of heaps of chemistry - the product formula does not contain alkali, alcohol, parabens and artificial colors."
Price: 3 250 rub.
Micellar water Miccelar Water Ultra Sensitive Skin, La Roche-Posay

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova:
“Those who have sensitive skin have probably faced such a problem that the 'sensational' micellar water is not suitable, because it tightens / dries / causes peeling and so on. Then Ultra Sensitive from La Roche-Posay is right for you, because it does not contain alcohol, parabens, oily components, and its physiological pH is 5.5, which is ideal for the skin (our skin has a pH of 4-6). The transparent water, odorless, does an excellent job of removing makeup, and even copes with mascara and eyeliner. After it, the skin is moisturized, there is no tightness, and most importantly, no stickiness. The manufacturer assures that it does not require rinsing, but I am still used to washing my face after such means. A pleasant bonus is that micellar water is presented in three volumes: from 100 ml to 400 ml, that is,You can even take it with you on board the plane and buy a larger format home."
Price: 1 001 rub.
Micellar water Make-Up Remover Cleansing Water, Caudalie

Tested by BeautyHack editor Anastasia Speranskaya:
“I love Caudalie's soft micellar water for the gentle handling of my sensitive eyes - it's hard for me to find a product that doesn't burn the eyelids. By delicately removing makeup, water also has anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating effects (here I am always "behind" both hands and feet).
The composition of the invariable component of the brand's products is grapes, or rather, a whole grape "bouquet". There is also an extract of chamomile flowers (goodbye, redness and irritation), and also glycerin, which helps to retain moisture inside the skin. I really like to use this micellar water in the morning - the face immediately looks rested, and the aromas of mint, melon and lemon set you in a positive mood."
Price: 1 422 rub.
Micellar gel Elixir Jeunesse, Yves Rocher

Tested by BeautyHack editor Julia Kozoliy:
“I use BB cream and mascara every day, so my requirements for cleansing products are too high. Not everyone can cope with the "corrosive" BB cream and remove mascara for the price of one cotton pad. On this basis, we became friends with Yves Rocher micellar gel. I do not advise them to remove eye makeup - the product irritates the mucous membrane (and the manufacturer does not recommend applying it on the lips). But shoot the tone and everything on top of it boldly! But I still advise you to then use another cleanser, the gel leaves a light (but noticeable) film on the skin, and in general, it is better to remove micelles. The aroma of the gel is pharmacy (with tangible plant notes), so I class it as an "amateur", but I use it myself with pleasure!"
Price: 590 rub.
Micellar water Micellar Gel Refreshing, Corine de Farme

Tested by BeautyHack special correspondent Anna Bond:
“The French micellar gel with beautiful bubbles and delicate scent is very pleasant to use, but, unfortunately, does not remove permanent makeup. I like to use in the morning (I immediately feel fresh) and on days when I wear makeup to a minimum. And the price for 500 ml and the natural composition guarantee that I will buy the product again and again!"
Price: 459 rub.
Micellar water Eau Demaquillante Stuperfiante, Kenzoki

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova:
“Kenzoki Micellar Water is great for cleansing skin, but waterproof makeup will take some extra work. The water is transparent in color, does not foam, despite the bottle with a dispenser.
It contains a concentrate of plant water of a ginger flower, which invigorates in the morning, as well as an extract of yuzu. Together they purify and restore the overall balance of the skin. It's nice that after application the skin is moisturized, you don't want to immediately run away and apply cream on it. Suitable for express cleansing, when you urgently need to wash off cosmetics, and leave the skin soft and velvety."
Price: 1 755 rub.
Micellar water Triple Action Micellar Water, Retinol-X

Tested by BeautyHack special correspondent Anna Bond:
“3 in 1 micellar water perfectly removes even waterproof makeup the first time! We were especially pleased with vitamins A, C, E and Panthenol B5 in the composition, thanks to which the water perfectly tones and moisturizes. You can do without additional cleansers, and after a week of use, I noticed an improvement in the condition of the skin.

Micellar water E ffaclar Ultra, La Roche-Posay

Tested by BeautyHack SMM manager Alexandra Grishina:
The tool will be a godsend for owners of oily and problem skin. I belong to the first type and constantly try, test and am in search of good tools that normalize (at least slightly) the production of sebum.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I love the full cycle of home rituals: makeup removal, cleansing, scrubbing (no more than twice a week), toning and moisturizing. But with this micellar water, I admit, sometimes I skip the gel cleansing step. The product removes makeup very carefully and carefully.
The water is not sticky, removes makeup pleasantly and smells very tempting. Here is a beauty hack for you: I also use it in the morning, as it mattes well, and this is one of my important points before applying makeup. And an important bonus for owners of sensitive and problem skin: in addition to cleansing the skin, you also get an anti-inflammatory effect."
Price: 1,000 rubles.
Micellar water "Ultra" for reactionary skin Eau Micellaire ULTRA, La Roche-Posay

Tested by BeautyHack special correspondent Anastasia Lyagushkina:
“I have dry and sensitive skin, and I am used to washing my face in the standard way with the help of a foam for washing. To protect the skin from negative reactions, I decided to replace the classic wash with anhydrous at least once a day. And in this I was helped by micellar water for my skin type.
I put micellar water on a cotton pad and first cleanse my eyes and lips, and then all the skin. The main part is washed off the first time, the rest from the second. The skin does not dry out, does not irritate. I remove the micellar water from the face with the help of a tonic and voila - my skin is cleansed and at the same time without any redness! Done, you can start moisturizing."
Price: 1 091 rub.
Micellar water for makeup remover, LibreDerm

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Anya Khobotova:
“Micellar water is an ingenious invention for people who consider themselves to be sloths in cleansing. I am just such. I love products that do everything at once: cleansing, nutrition and moisturizing.
The LibreDerm brand has stolen my heart long ago and is slowly gaining its place on the bathroom shelves. A modern domestic company can compete with well-known global brands for performance and quality.
This time I got micellar water. The first thing I noticed is that there is no alcohol, soap, parabens and other hard-hitting designations in the composition. Caprilic triglyceride in the composition cleanses and at the same time nourishes, restores skin and its lipid balance. Glycerin helps to retain and accumulate moisture inside the epidermis, and grapefruit seed extract restores the pH balance of the skin and cleanses it of sebum secretion.
The water dispenser is standard - you can't squeeze out too much. Sufficient 2-3 movements, and the makeup is gone. Even matte lip tints wash off very easily without leaving streaks.
The bottle is convenient, easy to take with you on the move, which is very convenient for me, a traveler and a lover to stay with a friend overnight. I often return home without the strength and desire to spend more than a minute removing makeup - this micellar has become a real savior. A solid five plus one more jar from the brand are in the favorites!"
Price: 265 rub.
Micellar water Purete Thermale 3 in 1, Vichy

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova:
“The laconic package with 200 ml micellar water is suitable for those who do not like to bother with removing make-up and subsequent procedures, because the composition contains VICHY SPA thermal water, which not only soothes, but also strengthens the skin, restoring it. The composition contains vitamin B5 - pantothenic acid, which helps to fight rashes. The tool promises to fight wrinkles and restore facial contours. It cleans well, but you still have to tinker with waterproof makeup and spend a couple of extra cotton pads. For lovers of light make-up, this water will definitely suit - it copes well with everyday cosmetics. Micellar water has a subtle fresh scent, does not provoke breakouts, leaves no sticky film and softens the skin."

Essential Micellar Water, [comfort zone]

Tested by BeautyHack editor Julia Kozoliy:
“I'm a dedicated fan of [comfort zone] cleansers! I have been using milk for more than a year, and now I have supplemented the care with micellar water. Their big plus is a very delicate cleansing, not to a squeak, but with a spa effect for the skin. Therefore, most often I use micellar water in the morning, but it can be safely applied to the eyes and lips to remove makeup. In the first case, the manufacturer advises to apply the product on cotton pads and put them on your eyes for a few seconds - I tried it, there is no discomfort, the mascara washes away!
The main component of the product (after water) - Betaine surfactant - is an excellent moisturizer and pacifier of sensitive skin (for this reason, it can often be found in children's cosmetics). By the way, thanks to betaine, this micellar water is not sticky at all. I know it will please many!"

Micellar cleansing water Micellar Cleansing Water, Egia

Tested by BeautyHack editor Daria Sizova:
“Cleansing for me is the most important step in my care. My dry skin reacts very sharply to the fact that I do not remove makeup well and "pleases" me with redness and rashes. Therefore, I practice a multi-stage Korean system of care, the first stage of which is always micellar water.
I dearly fell in love with the Egia brand after the amazing serum that we talked about here, so I started testing the brand's micellar water with special care, and it did not disappoint!
The first thing that pleased me was an interesting package with a spray. You won't be able to apply it all over your face without a cotton pad (the spray is not finely dispersed, and you risk getting into your eye), but nothing will pour out of the tube, risking ruining the cosmetic bag.
The second is a good composition that will appeal to girls with delicate skin prone to irritation. The product contains panthenol and cornflower blue, aloe and chamomile extracts, which will soothe the skin and gently remove makeup. There is not a hint of mineral oils and surfactants in it, which means that the pores will not clog, and comedones will not be uninvited guests on your face.
The third is excellent cleansing. I remove makeup from the face and eyes (the product does not irritate the mucous membrane and will easily defeat the waterproof mascara), I go through with lotion and there are no makeup residues on the cotton pad! So the tool works. Another bonus is economy. I have been using the product for two weeks now, and ¾ of the bottle is still in place."
Price: about 2 500 rubles.
Micellar water for face, eyelids and lips, Black Pearl

Tested by BeautyHack editorial assistant Anya Khobotova:
“It was only this winter that I started to remove makeup with micellar water - I decided to move away from the usual milk and switch to a convenient and quick remedy. The Black Pearl brand has always been distinguished by its unique composition and popularity on store shelves. In the entire line of the brand, micellar water is presented in only one version of a 250 ml bottle, but an excellent and thrifty alternative has appeared. She just fell into my hands.
Black Pearl has released a new product - micellar water in a large bottle (750 ml) with a convenient pump dispenser. This is just the main advantage of the product - the bottle can always stand in one place and for 2 clicks you get a sufficient amount of water on a cotton pad. It is suitable for dry and sensitive skin aged 20+. Just what I need now after a long winter.
Micellar water contains 20% active serum to help cleanse the skin even better. Vitamin E, C makes the skin more hydrated, and hyaluronic acid enhances the care effect and prevents irritation. I was very pleased that liquid collagen and camellia extract were added to the product - they strengthen and protect the skin.
It works great at removing my GOSH Biphasic Mascara, which other micellar waters have failed to do well. An additional bonus: the water does not leave a dry and sticky film - no need to rinse it off."

Micellar gel So Ideal Skin, Ninelle

Tested by BeautyHack editor Natalia Kapitsa:
“The Spanish brand Ninelle was a discovery for me, and the 3 in 1 micellar water was my personal bestseller in the budget price category. The tool perfectly copes with the work of a "chimney sweep", carefully and delicately removing a dense layer of foundation, matte lipstick and even waterproof mascara. Micellar has neither color nor pronounced odor - it seems that you are wiping your face with plain water. And yet no! So Ideal Skin contains a good moisturizing complex: cottonseed oil, which restores the hydrolipid barrier after alkaline washing foam, beta-glucan, which stimulates cells to regenerate themselves. The product is suitable for those with sensitive eyes and for those who wear lenses. I have long been a member of the "rabbit sect" - squirrels instantly blush from any component that did not come to the court. That didn't happen with Ninelle. The feeling of comfort and cleanliness is all about the micellar water of the Spanish brand."

Micellar gel for all skin types, Garnier

Tested by BeautyHack special correspondent Anastasia Lyagushkina:
“Everyone has heard about Garnier micellar water with a pink lid, moreover, it is loved and praised. “So we should try the gel too,” I decided. The texture is gel-like, slightly sticky and without fragrances, completely transparent. There is a dispenser with which you can conveniently remove the required amount of gel. In terms of its functions, the product resembles a standard gel for washing - it easily foams and rinses off with water.
The skin is instantly cleansed while remaining hydrated. I'm not a big fan of bright everyday makeup, so one time was enough for me to cleanse my face. If necessary, you can remove makeup residues with micellar water and cotton pads. The gel is quite liquid in consistency, so it is not consumed very economically, but due to the price I am ready to accept this "disadvantage". Otherwise, I was satisfied and recommend the gel for use."
