What means to use, and how to choose the right shades - make-up artists explain using the example of star makeup.

The main rule is that girls with green eyes are better off using warm shades: from light sandy to dark chocolate, copper, golden colors. If you work "according to science", then you need to build on the color wheel and apply contrasting shades to each other. For green, these will be all tones of purple. Looks good, but I don't always follow this recommendation. It all depends on the mood. Knowing these nuances, you will definitely not miss.

Coral shades
Peach and coral eyeshadows seem to be created for the owners of green eyes. Choose the most natural shades, and draw the line between the eyelashes with a brown pencil - I use MAC, Coffee shade. Paint the lashes with lengthening mascara, and on the lips apply the light coral Becca tint in the shade of Grapefruit. Very refreshing!
Bright colors
For the more daring, burgundy shadows are suitable - the emerald shine of green eyes is emphasized. Alternatively, you can use burgundy eyeliner to highlight the upper or lower eyelid. The same technique works with pencils of other bright colors.
Brown smoky eyes
If you are afraid to make a mistake, choose a brown color - always a winning option for green-eyed. In addition, I would recommend an even tone, natural blush and a creamy nude lipstick. The main focus is better on the eyes.
I apply shadows on the moving eyelid of a slightly darker shade, above - a lighter one. You can add a golden color. Feather the borders - a "haze" should be created.
Mascara is mandatory for upper and lower eyelashes, and for an even deeper and more fatal look, you can use eyeliner.
Nude
The make-up-without-make-up effect suits everyone - it is youthful and refreshing. Girls with green eyes are no exception.
For a radiant tone, I use Givenchy's Teint Couture Long-Wearing Fluid, top with Bobbi Brown's Shimmer Brick Powder, and some neutral blush on the prominent cheekbones.
For nude eye makeup, a universal palette - Urban Decay 2. I apply any neutral shade on the movable eyelid and blend it a little from above. I fill the eyebrows with shadows not brighter than the color of the eyebrows. If you are blonde, it is best to opt for brown mascara.
Arrows and bright lipstick
For publication, I prefer the classics - a shining even tone, arrows and bright lipstick. I use MAC Fluidline Blacktrack gel and Le Volume Chanel mascara.
