Stewed cabbage with potatoes

Ingredients

Cabbage - 400 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Preparation

A dish is being prepared in a slow cooker. Peel the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Mix cabbage with onions, salt, add carrots and stir. Place a piece at the bottom of the bowl. The next layer is potatoes, then mashed peeled tomatoes. The last layer is cabbage again. Put on the "extinguishing" mode. Cook for 30 minutes if you want crispy cabbage.

Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

Celery - 3-4 stalks

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Cauliflower - 100 g

Spinach - 1 bunch

Millet - 1/2 cup

Preparation

Peel the vegetables. Cook for 1.5-2 hours. Strain the saturated broth through a sieve. Put on fire. Add potatoes, carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Next is the turn of cauliflower, spinach and cereals. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with chopped herbs.

Pepper - 3 pcs.

Cauliflower - 2 large inflorescences

Rice - 100 g

Champignons - 100 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Water - 700 ml

Preparation

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots, add everything to the washed rice. Salt. Add 1/2 cup water, stir, fill the peppers. Place them in the skillet. Send potatoes, cabbage inflorescences, mushrooms and greens there. Fill with water. Place on medium heat. Simmer for 40 minutes, covered.
