Stewed cabbage with potatoes

Ingredients
Cabbage - 400 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Preparation
A dish is being prepared in a slow cooker. Peel the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Mix cabbage with onions, salt, add carrots and stir. Place a piece at the bottom of the bowl. The next layer is potatoes, then mashed peeled tomatoes. The last layer is cabbage again. Put on the "extinguishing" mode. Cook for 30 minutes if you want crispy cabbage.
Lean diet soup

Ingredients
For broth:
Onions - 2-3 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Celery - 3-4 stalks
Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
Pumpkin - 100 g
Greens
Bay leaf
Salt
For soup:
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Cauliflower - 100 g
Spinach - 1 bunch
Millet - 1/2 cup
Preparation
Peel the vegetables. Cook for 1.5-2 hours. Strain the saturated broth through a sieve. Put on fire. Add potatoes, carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Next is the turn of cauliflower, spinach and cereals. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with chopped herbs.
Lean stuffed peppers

Ingredients
Pepper - 3 pcs.
Cauliflower - 2 large inflorescences
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Rice - 100 g
Champignons - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Water - 700 ml
Salt
Preparation
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, grate the carrots, add everything to the washed rice. Salt. Add 1/2 cup water, stir, fill the peppers. Place them in the skillet. Send potatoes, cabbage inflorescences, mushrooms and greens there. Fill with water. Place on medium heat. Simmer for 40 minutes, covered.

Ingredients
Armenian thin lavash - 60 g
Red sweet beans - 70 g
Green beans - 50 g
Carrots - 50 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Lettuce
Mustard
Honey
Sesame
Pepper
Preparation
Fry the beans and grated carrots in a non-stick skillet. Toss with canned beans. Spread out the pita bread. Brush it with a mixture of mustard and honey. Lay out the filling. Wrap up. Dry in a frying pan until golden brown.
Lenten pancakes with zucchini

Ingredients
Potatoes - 300 g
Zucchini - 300 g
Whole grain flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 1 clove

Salt
Preparation
Grate the zucchini and potatoes on a coarse grater. Mix with flour and spices. Brush a skillet with olive oil. Spoon out a small amount of dough. Bake the pancakes until golden brown.
