Any skin needs hydration, including oily skin - this is an axiom that cosmetologists and beauty editors have been trying to convey for many years. For most of us, our skin is now dehydrated in the long winter and difficult spring, so BeautyHack special correspondent Moore Soboleva has collected moisturizing serums and creams that will correct the situation.

Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Serum
The Hydra-Essentiel line replaces the HydraQuench series - it has been redesigned and, as the brand claims, made more effective by adding Kalanchoe extract. I loved HydraQuench and haven't noticed the difference yet - the series was as good as it was. Now it includes a biphasic serum and four creams for different skin types, and the serum will appeal to haters of the feeling of a cream on the face - it absorbs like water.

3Lab Perfect Moisturizer
This lotion is sold in a huge 120 ml jar with a pump - it absorbs very well and you want to apply it generously. An excellent basic moisturizer without special effects, which will suit even very oily skin - it is so light and pleasant. The cream calmly withstands both sunscreen and makeup from above, without rolling and not being capricious.

Thalgo Source Marine Cream
Source Marine's large moisturizing range is blended with seawater and oils. After the redesign, two creams (for different skin types) began to come out not in tubes, but in more beautiful, but less correct in terms of the preservation of the formula, cans. However, they do their job well - especially when paired with a moisturizing concentrate from the same line.

KenzoKi Moisturizing Skin Guardian Serum
A recent novelty is the serum from the Guardian Angel line (the poetic names of KenzoKi are a separate story, and, it seems, a separate part of the enjoyment of use). It feels like a light gel to the touch, is quickly absorbed, slightly cools the skin and feels matte. The main component is glycerin, there is alcohol in the composition, but neither the smell nor the texture hints at it.

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream
A hit of many years and a classic from the brand that relaunches this cream a couple of times a year along with other bestsellers in a fun decoration. I personally always keep Ultra Facial Cream on the shelf - in case you need simple and effective moisturizing, or just not in the mood for tricky tech products. And for the same reason I like to take it with me on trips.

Lush Youth (Cosmetic Lad)
Why Cosmetic Lad was translated as “youth” is a mystery of Russian naming, but the cream did not suffer from this. Excellent and quite rich composition (aloe and a lot of oils), the texture is non-sticky and pleasant. Lush positions the product as unisex - of course, any unisex moisturizer, but this one does not grease the skin and is fragrance-free, so it is perfect as a masculine cream.

Chanel Hydra Beauty Cream
Over the past few years, the brand has been striving to simplify its care by reducing it to several intuitive, comprehensive lines. Despite the fact that many are skeptical about luxury brand care products, the Hydra Beauty moisturizing series with camellia extract turned out to be more than worthy - and I think that the most powerful creams in it are creams that are both gentle and effective.

Dr. Jart + Most Moist
Almost all Dr. Jart + products are successful - it is not clear how the great Koreans do it, especially given the wild number of new products they release. The Most Moist series is my favorite night mask, but it also contains just a cream. Rather, it is more like a gel - it turns into water on the skin and leaves no residue, but only a feeling of hydration.

SkinCeuticals HA Intensifier
I trust the salon brand SkinCeuticals - in my opinion they have the best combination of active ingredient concentration, safety and price. The HA Intensifier Serum is the brand's latest innovation, combining several types of hyaluronic acid and providing hydration, so to speak, in all directions.

Grown Alchemist Hydra-Repair Day Cream
The trendy Australian organic brand makes natural yet challenging products with long formulas. As part of this non-greasy moisturizer, in the first place is aloe extract, plus plant vitamin E, and again the notorious camellia. Despite the word Day in the name, it is suitable for both morning and evening.

Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst-Quenching Serum
The whole Vinosource series is very good, but this serum is my personal hit and favorite. The remedy is called SOS and does not cheat - the serum really soothes damaged and irritated skin at times. A very liquid fluid that I like to cover with a more nourishing cream - the feeling of comfort lasts until the next wash.

Sisley Hydra-Global Anti-Aging Hydration
The anti-aging moisturizing wording sounds weird - to me it's just a very good moisturizer. It is great nourishing, leaving the skin shiny, and at first it seems that it will not cover makeup or that there will be a greasy feeling - but no, even as a daytime version, Hydra-Global works very well in any weather.

Skin Tech Vit. E Anti-Oxydant
The Spanish brand Skin Tech makes salon peels and neutralizers, as well as a large line for home use, which, as in the case of Aesthetic Dermal, offers primarily supportive care after in-clinic procedures. Vit. E Anti-Oxydant is the most versatile of all creams, and it moisturizes well even dry skin with peels.

L'Occitane Karite Light Cream Comfort
The lightest of the main line of the brand - it contains only 5% of shea butter, so it copes well with hydration and nutrition, and is equally suitable for the day and evening. Ideal for the current weather, when you no longer want to overload the skin, but you still need food. And I really like the smell of this whole series - it smells clean and cozy, as if my mother is wrapping herself in a blanket.
