Arugula - 30 g
Baked pumpkin - 300 g
Feta - 50 g
Onions - 20 g
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil - 1 tsp Zira

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small cubes and bake in the oven or microwave. Transfer to a salad bowl. Add arugula leaves and diced feta cheese and chopped onions. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin and season the salad. Stir and serve.

Ingredients:
Butternut pumpkin - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 1 kg
Chicken thigh without bone and skin - 800 g
Cheese - 200 g
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Marinate the chicken in a mixture of salt, pepper, and suneli hops. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Place on a greased baking sheet with olive oil. Next - a layer of potatoes cut into rings.
