Breakfast
Oatmeal with lightly salted fish

Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 40 g Milk 1.5% - 40 ml Egg - 1 pc Soft cottage cheese - 30 g Lightly salted salmon - 40 g Greens - 30 g
Preparation:
Mix oatmeal, milk and egg to a dough consistency. Let it brew for about 3 minutes. Bake the oatmeal in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Spread half of the finished pancake with soft cottage cheese, put fish and herbs on top. Cover with the second half of the pancake. Oatmeal with fish is ready!
Snack
Baked apple

Ingredients:
Apple 1 pc Honey - 10 Nuts - 10 g
Preparation:
Remove the core from the apple, add honey. Bake in the oven until tender. Sprinkle with nuts when serving.
Dinner
Chicken breast with mushrooms

Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 150 g Champignons - 5 pieces Carrots - ½ pieces Bell peppers - ½ pieces Greens - to taste Garlic - 2 cloves Olive oil - 5 g Salt, spices - to taste
Preparation:
Beat the chicken breast, salt, bake in foil with garlic and spices for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut vegetables, except mushrooms, into strips. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Fry all vegetables in a pan with garlic for about 6 minutes. Place the chicken breast on a serving dish, place vegetables next to it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs when serving.

Tangerines 200 g

Dinner
Arugula and shrimp salad

Ingredients:
Arugula - 100 g Shrimps - 120 g Cherry tomatoes - 60 g Mozzarella cheese - 60 g Salt, pepper - to taste Olive oil - 5 g Balsamic sauce - 10 g
Preparation:
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut cherry into halves. Boil shrimps or fry in a pan until pink. Mix all ingredients and season with balsamic sauce and olive oil.
