Losing weight
“I have an amazing result this week - I don’t believe it myself: minus 4.5 kg and minus 7 cm in volume! I'm proud of myself. Last Friday Julia announced the most active participants of the marathon, and I was the first. My gift was a two-day meal plan with food delivery - a serious time and energy savings. Last week left, but I miss the girls already. I am telling you what my healthy lifestyle schedule looked like for the past seven days."
Daily regimen and diet
Morning

Every morning starts with cardio. And you don't have to go to the gym for this. Runs well in the park in winter too. Only for this you need special sneakers. The exercise bike is also a great invention. Holidays are coming soon, so keep in mind that you can ask Santa for it. Three times I managed to get to my dances - did I say that I do strip plastics? The diet has not changed much: breakfast - carbohydrates + protein, lunch - carbohydrates + protein, dinner - protein + fiber. And two snacks, of course. Where can we go without them? I share recipes for the morning.
Breakfast
Oat pancake with turkey

Oat flakes - 50 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Low-fat cheese - 15 g
Boiled turkey - 50 g
Greens
Curd cheese
Combine oatmeal, egg, herbs and grated cheese. Boil the turkey breast in a saucepan. Bake the pancake in a dry non-stick skillet. Brush with curd cheese, sprinkle with remaining herbs and add the sliced turkey. Roll up and serve.
Snack
For a snack, I chose the cottage cheese and avocado sandwich. For the latter, by the way, now is the time. Avocados contain omega-3 fatty acids that help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. The bread for sandwiches must be whole grains - this is a must.
Day

I finally got to the beautician! In the process of losing weight, it is important to take care of your skin. A thin waist will not save you from uneven complexion and circles under the eyes, the size of a globe. Yana praised me! Thanks to the correct, balanced diet, the skin is much better. The organizers of the marathon also presented us with cosmetics for body care. With a hard brush, scrub and chili cream, orange peel simply has no chance.
Dinner
Pilaf with turkey and brown rice

The other day we had a cooking master class from John Dory. Under the guidance of the chef, we cooked seafood tartar and fish. It turned out very tasty. And by the way, it's simple. In fact, there is nothing difficult in preparing healthy food. In terms of physical activity, this week the gym and Yulia's workouts were in the lead - I just love them.
Evening
Dinner
A safe bet for dinner is a seafood salad or grilled poultry salad.
Warm seafood salad

Ingredients:
Lettuce leaves - 50 gr.
Cherry tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Seafood cocktail - 150 gr.
Handful of pine nuts
Lemon juice
Tear the lettuce leaves. Boil seafood. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces. Mix all ingredients, season with lemon juice. Garnish with pine nuts.
The discovery of this week was a vacuum massage for me. The pleasure is not for the weak - you have to endure. The device is very powerful and effective - the first results were noticeable after the first procedure. The skin has become more elastic and toned.
