The concept of healthy lifestyle seems to be interpreted very simply: disease prevention and health promotion. But the individual approach has not yet been canceled. BeautyHack columnist Tatyana Yakimova offers her own classification of adherents of a healthy lifestyle.

I felt a little panic this morning. Everything is good in my life. I love my home, my job, my loved ones, cats and dogs. Panic came when I realized that there were … few vegetables in the house. How can I be without vegetables ?! I just stewed the last cabbage. Yesterday the last beets and carrots went to borscht. I only have: tomatoes, beets, onions, garlic, potatoes. Plus a bunch of cilantro, ginger, lemongrass, sage, and a bunch of spices. I urgently need cucumbers! Zucchini! Broccoli and avocado! And celery, celery! How did this happen to me, a tough meat eater? Yes, something like that.
For almost the entire 2017, I watched people from my environment slowly begin to live better. No, not in the sense - richer. And healthier.
They eat more varied, move more, twitch less over trifles. Some, like me, eat a lot, but with a predominance of healthy foods. Someone reduced the portions. Someone … I will not list, just a healthy lifestyle has become, how to put it better - respected. Even my old friends, for whom there is nothing better than potatoes with meat and lard, began to add more carrots, onions and spices to these potatoes, and next to it they always put a couple of vegetable salads on the table. The neighbor still bakes fantastic pies, but she no longer eats them alone with her husband, but invites her sons and grandchildren. In general, someone has limited fats, someone has carbohydrates, someone has a portion size. Some have given up on sweets altogether, except for bananas and honey. And everyone, without exception, diversified their diet, including new unusual usefulness in it - sweet potatoes, quinoa, chia, goji, not to mention pomelo, kohlrabi and avocado. Why? Because they realized that they feel better this way, that's all. Plus, a varied table is not just useful, but brings an element of creativity to life. Is this normal? Yes it's good! If some sciences need to be studied systematically, and it is better not to skip training or choose a suitable regime, then a healthy lifestyle is such an open world where you can, figuratively speaking, sit on the heap, looking closely and trying new rules. Soft entry is better than none. But we still remember those times when the concept of a healthy lifestyle was considered almost a restriction of freedom and violence against a person. Then there were only three types of ZOZhnikov - athletes, vegetarians and losing weight. And also those who were forced to reconsider their eating habits due to illness. But today there are much more healthy lifestyle supporters. I was not even too lazy to draw up a classification, conditional,of course, but vital.

1) Three steps from paradise
These are beginners who are gradually trying on healthy lifestyle for themselves, and the further - the more. Some of them, of course, remain on the aforementioned embankment, but most of them smoothly and willingly move into the vestibule, then into the hallway … and now they are already in the house and command the parade. With its own parade, of course.
2) Descendants of Atlantis
The most beautiful people. Titans and Stoics (no financier!). They have fantastic figures, as if carved from marble. They live their own lives, but at the same time they are always ready to help - not in word, but in deed. They manage to combine spiritual, mental and physical beauty. Their only drawback is that they are too perfect.
3) Expert advice
They carefully study not only the tolerance of a number of products and the intestinal microflora, but also more complex things. Possesses extensive knowledge. They love to share them. They may seem boring, but they often just take any issue very seriously. Meticulous. They are quite pleasant, if they do not deny the joys of life like movies and careless walks.

4) fanatics
They regard all as zeros, and themselves as one. Because they live a real life and do not have bad food habits, extra pounds and extra sadness on their face. The main feature: arrogance, which greatly reduces the effect of their physical near-perfection. Sometimes a healthy lifestyle turns back to fanatics when they bring themselves to the point of exhaustion with physical education. And among the fanatics, there are orthorexics, who are absurdly fixated on extremely useful products.
5) Envy me in silence
Most often this is a girl for whom sports and calorie calculation are just means to look "better than competitors." At the same time, the fighter for the purity of the planet can easily be exchanged for a wealthy man, for whom ecology is what prevents him from buying a small piece of the left bank of the Moskva River.
They can sit on a diet of coffee and cigarettes - it also removes extra pounds!
In general, healthy lifestyle has nothing to do with it. Despite fitness every day.
6) The future of the planet
Those same fighters for the environment. Oh sport, you are the world! They run because running makes them stronger, healthier, and cleaner. They practice yoga because they want to be friendly, balanced, harmonious. They give things for recycling and have already mastered the separation of garbage. They buy clothes made from recycled cotton and wool coats.
In general, their expenses are peculiar: they can easily buy a suit and a Cheburashka fur coat in a second-hand, because it is a reasonable consumption, but they do not save on products from farms.
Is food more important to them than clothing? Correct answer: health is more important.
7) Countryders
Those who changed the city to nature begin to live richer and healthier somehow by themselves. They move more. Always in the fresh air. They enjoy suburban life and are not afraid of many problems associated with its specifics. Fast food and almost the entire supermarket leave their diet - yogurt with sugar, "long-playing" milk, meat with additives, and the like.
8) workout, wine, books and sex
This is how the paraathlete Yaroslav Svyatoslavsky defined his personal healthy lifestyle. Well, what can you say? No comment. By the way, this guy became the first paraathlete to swim across the Volga.
What unites all of these people, apart from number five? Health care, of course.
