Porridge with banana

Ingredients:
Millet - 70 g Coconut milk - 1 cup Banana - 100 g Peanuts - 25 g
Preparation:
Boil the porridge with the addition of coconut milk, garnish with chopped banana and nuts.
Snack
Apple / pear 200 g

Dinner
Turkey with buckwheat

Ingredients:
Turkey thigh - 100 g Greens, spices - to taste Low-fat cream Buckwheat 60 g Green vegetables
Preparation:
Grate the thigh with spices, simmer in cream for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with buckwheat and vegetables.
Snack
Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients:
Curd 2% - 200 g Soft curd - 180 g Egg - 1 piece Lemon zest Juice 1/3 lemon Honey - 30 g Raisins - optional
Preparation:
Add an egg to the curd, mix well. Then add zest, lemon juice, honey and raisins. Bake for 30 minutes. When serving, garnish with berries and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Pollock with vegetables

Ingredients:
Pollock - 150 g Tomatoes - 200 g Garlic - 2 cloves Broccoli / cauliflower - 150 g Basil Onion - 1 pc. Carrots - 1 pc.
Preparation:
Beat the tomatoes in a garlic blender and add a little salt. In the resulting sauce, stew pollock, add carrots and onions, you can add a little water. Then add the basil and simmer for another 20 minutes. Steam the vegetables and serve with the fish.
