Porridge with nuts
Hercules - 60 g
Cashews (other nuts) - 30 g Honey - to taste
Boil porridge, add chopped nuts and honey.
Eggs - 3 pcs. Milk - ½ cup Cheese Greens
Beat eggs with milk, add grated cheese and chopped cherry tomatoes. Fry on both sides.
Turkey breast and buckwheat
Turkey breast - 150 g Salt, pepper - to taste Spices - to taste Garlic - 1 clove Greens Buckwheat - 70 g Bread - 2 pcs.

Cottage cheese 250 g + yogurt 50 ml
Trout with steamed vegetables
