Advice! The first and most important recommendation for those who have embarked on the path of proper nutrition: a daily hearty breakfast with a lot of complex carbohydrates. This is necessary to start metabolic processes in the body. In my diet, the morning meal is the most nutritious. Don't forget about your drinking regime! Neither tea, nor coffee, nor juices are included in the daily water intake. You need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Banana oatmeal casserole with berries
Banana - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc.
Coconut flakes - 1 tbsp l.
Oatmeal - 50 gr.
Yogurt - 50 ml.
Grind the banana in a blender. Add the egg and beat again. Add coconut flakes, ground cinnamon, and oatmeal. Stir. Put the berries on top and cover with yogurt. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Advice! If you eat by the clock, then the body works like a clock. Eating according to the regimen is the most correct eating habit.
Pizza with salmon and avocado
For the dough: Whole grain flour - 100 gr.
Milk - 70 ml. (can be replaced with almond)
Olive oil - 1/2 tsp.
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt For filling: Soft curd cheese - 50 gr.
Salmon - 100 gr.
Put the mixture of flour and salt on the table in a hill. Pour in warm milk. Pour in the egg, add olive oil and knead the dough. Wrap it in a damp towel and let it sit for 15 minutes. Roll out a circle a few millimeters thick. Bake until golden brown. Remove, brush with cheese. Top with thinly sliced salmon, avocado, arugula. Serve to the table.
Red cabbage salad with shrimps
Cabbage - 70 gr.
Shrimps - 100 gr.
Bulgarian pepper - 50 gr.
Chop the cabbage thinly. Make a marinade with vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Sprinkle the cabbage and remember with your hands to let the juice go. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips. Sprinkle the shrimp with turmeric on both sides. Fry in a grill pan. Mix all ingredients. Done!
Advice! Eliminate all food junk from your diet. I am an ardent opponent of industrial sweets. What you buy in stores is 99% trans fat and high in sugar. Make your own desserts. If you don't have the time and opportunity, eat a handful of dried fruit.
