“I like healthy food. Recently, I have not been drawn to harm - in the diet, mainly soups, light salads, fish. My favorite recipes are very easy to prepare. For dinner, I usually eat protein and fiber. Today I will share a recipe for salmon and delicious salad."
Baked salmon

Salmon - 300 g
Sea salt
Olive oil
Provencal herbs
Lemon
Yogur
Place fish on foil. Sprinkle with sea salt and spices. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Drizzle with lemon. Make a dressing by mixing yogurt, olive oil, and spices. Serve with fish.
Arugula salad
Arugula - 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
Cheese - 50 g
Pine nuts - 10 g
For refueling
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Wash and dry the arugula with a towel. Place in a salad bowl. Add thinly grated cheese and toasted pine nuts. Season with vinegar mixed with olive oil.
